Understaffed but the folks are working as best they can. Good food. Heads up it’s on the second floor and there are stairs hidden in the construction. See photos as it took me a minute to figure out how to get to dominos.

Food was crap customer service was trash we waited 2 hours for our cold burnt pizza to be delivered even after we called to cancel our order after an hour and a half they have zero lack of customer service or care we called after an hour and a half to check to see what the hold up was if they had our correct address and was responded to like we did something wrong not sure what since we paid and tipped up-front the delivery driver showed up 2 hours later and we told her that we had canceled our order she threw the pizza on the ground and told us that it was not her problem we have been trying to get ahold of them since and they refused to answer our call we have been on hold now for over 30 kin with no one answering the phone never have I been so disrespected by business guess dominoes doesn’t care about it’s customers .I highly recommend you find somewhere else to eat

I ordered my food to the hospital while I stay with my girlfriend, and I was rather disappointed. My order consisted of a cheese pan pizza that was completely flat, underooked, and inedible, an order of tots that was burnt, and two 20 oz dr peppers, of which I only got one. It was a complete waste of money.

This restaurant is incredibly efficient, the staff are courteous and very easy to work with, and the food is delicious.
But, what makes Domino’s Pizza even greater is the fact that they have an incredibly effective and easy to use app. It makes ordering so very simple.
Many other pizza businesses have similar qualities, except the App. The rival Pizza business does have an app, but it’s incredibly difficult to use, and isn’t remotely user-friendly. Trying to order a pizza using the competitors app can be frustrating to try and figure out, and in my experience people just give up out of frustration and end up going straight to the Domino’s Pizza app.
So, great pizza, great customer service and stuff, and the convenience in ordering is unrivaled.

Spare yourself the headache and order from ANY other pizza joint. On a Tuesday night this place took 3 hours to deliver. Called the store after their online pizza tracker said “deliver” two hours into waiting. When they answered they said the order was still at their shop waiting for a driver to pick it up, still took another hour after that for it to arrive. Hire more people, or just close down. This place has been a let down several times and I’ve finally learned my lesson, will not be ordering here ever again.

Would be a good Dominoes for the most part if it weren’t for one specific worker named Nick who had the worst attitude I’ve seen of workers in food service.
I’ve had 2 experiences now that included this specific worker. One time I walked in for a carryout order and I sat through coworkers arguing over who would go out on delivery for several minutes. The second time we ordered delivery and he not only delivered to the wrong door, but proceeded to accuse us of stealing when we called him and asked where the pizzas we ordered were. Additionally, he told us to call his manager and what happens when we call the store? HE picks up and then hangs up when I asked to speak to the manager. So rude.
Now, I give this place 2 stars because I’m sure the other workers there are decent people and the store manager even called to make amends and I appreciated that. But as long as that guy named Nick works there, beware that you might be in for terrible customer service.

Most of the time they’re great, but today my order took over 2 hours to arrive from the time I placed it. Not great. This is a Monday evening by the way, no big sports events going on.

3 times ordering in a row- 1st was a wrong order then never came with replacement. 2nd was a pizza so greasy and wet I believe something spilled on it. Third they were out of items I ordered and therefore canceled my delivery because it didn’t meet their threshold after the order had been placed. No apologies, no attempt to correct the situation, and the manager would not even get on the phone with me. How this place is still in business I have no idea. My expectation is already not very high when I ordered Domino’s and somehow they seem to shock me with how utterly horrible it is
