We recently ordered from this place for an event for Sunday today. Everything was fantastic from start to finish! The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully arranged. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. The staff were friendly and professiona! They made the whole process easy and stress free! The place was very clean!!!

Ordered from the wrong location and when I called to cancel, (Because I physically didn’t have enough time to come get it ), they refused to cancel the order. I was very apologetic and they said they didn’t want to waste it. I’m pretty sure businesses have costs built in for mistakes.

Asked for mayo on my sandwich and they forgot so nicely asked for some mayo. Girl rolled her eyes was mad I bothered her from playing on her phone so drenched my sandwich with 4x as much mayo then my gf sandwich. We also tipped nicely when paying.

I see there’s a new owner and that explains why the place is going to shit. Myself and a stranger walked in there today. He ordered a Italian and they asked him what cheese he said cheddar and then he said standard dress. The next lady asked me what I wanted and I said I want half a sandwich on white. She dug around in the bread box till she found a couple old crusty ends and threw them down to make a sandwich. By this time the guy in front of me he was clearly a mild-mannered probably a preacher it’s totally frustrated because they can’t seem to take the olives off his standard dress. Call my lady specifically I don’t want any tomatoes on my standard dress. It was a total cluster he said screw it I said screw it at the same time and we both left.

New owner and he has completely turned this place around. I watched him come in in a suit and tie and go to the back and change into clothes and start making sandwiches. As I’m walking out after eating he’s cleaning the trashcan area and the whole place is cleaned up. What a good manager.

Just got home and opened my sandwich to find it about 10% made with the ingredients that should’ve been on it. Asked for pepper jack cheese, as you can see there are about 4 triangles of cheese stacked all in the middle. Employee made no attempt to spread them out across the half sandwich I ordered. Asked for green peppers and olives and hardly got any. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews like this but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this particular location. Will not be returning.

My brother is visiting from Las Vegas and he wanted to go to Goodcents because he loves it and they don’t have it out there.
This may be the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Flawless. I’m a little OCD and this place was perfect. So impressive!!
The bread was amazing as always. Pillowy soft. We both got a 8” #1 on wheat. I had extra meat. Didn’t need it though. They put on a good amount here. Fresh veg to the max. So delicious!! They have a huge selection of chips. It was too hot to ask about soup.
The staff here is top notch! Very friendly and just on the spot with everything.
I recommend this location very highly!! I will return for sure. Glad to know this place is here.

My sandwich is perfect every time. The staff is always very friendly. I moved away and hadn’t been to Goodcents in years, but I’ve been back weekly since moving back and really happy with everything. The portion is great, rewards system has been great, online ordering is smooth, food is always ready when I get there. Everyone is doing an excellent job at this location.
