This used to be my favorite spot, but it’s gone way downhill. Service is poor, the food is not nearly as good as it used to be, and they continue to offer COVID era service levels, like no salsa bar. They don’t accept Baja Fresh coupons either. It’s a real shame.

Quaint environment, fairly standard fresh-mex options with the addition of the somewhat unique wahoo fish protein choice. I had the ensalada with wahoo; I had it as is; next time I’ll request some extra salsas to try in it.

March 2024: Still ok 5 years later. Had a chicken and shrimp bowl. was ok . Expensive $19 with drink and tip. I will come back … in 5 years.

We visit the Kingstowne Baja Fresh for takeout at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent. My go to is the mexicano burrito with black beans and extra steak. Very affordable and good quality food.

Yesterday, for only the 2nd time (1st time during Covid restrictions) I got take out from BF Manchester Lakes. I received SLOP from the one woman working. She asked me nothing except “that all?” But she looked so worn out and sad I felt sorry for her. Then I remembered that I was the paying customer. Chipotle only for me from now on.

How is this chain even still in business? The food is consistently awful and it has no redeeming qualities. I noticed this location was closed down and the sign removed so I can only hope it is gone. Sadly though Maps says it is only temporarily closed. Let’s hope that becomes permanent soon and something better moves in.

I used to love this place, but haven’t been in a while. Came here for lunch. They have definitely gone downhill. Chips were stale, queso had a strange taste. The taquitos had zero flavor and just tasted burnt and the taco had 3 small pieces of chicken. Definitely won’t be back

Placed order by phone to this local, arrived to another Baja Fresh by accident. Forgot to call this location to let them know of error. Owner (some Indian guy) of Baja Fresh calls me demanding why I didn’t pick up the food, that it cost him $30 dollars. Now he has lost even more because I will avoid this place in the future. Over twenty years customer visiting the only two spots in the area that are open. Horrible management

I have been to many outlets of Baja Fresh, but this one is the worst. The staff, especially the lady who takes order is so rude as if we are having free food. The food taste as bad as the service. I would never go back to this location.
