Rosecrans is located in the West Village on the corner of Greenwich Avenue & Christopher Street. We are a full-service florist designing from 8-8 daily and stock fresh flowers daily. Whether it is a custom bouquet, arrangement or an event order, we serve walk in and take same day delivery orders 7 days a week. We service all 5 boroughs and special deliveries to New Jersey and Connecticut. Since we opened in Fall of 2019, our quaint cafe, wine bar and small kitchen has been nestled within the gardenesque space offering small bites from our all day-menu served from breakfast, through lunch and to dinner hours. Tea service is by our sister shop Paquita, also in the West Village. Coffee roasted by Onyx.

Cozy, peaceful spot that’s great for reading or journaling solo. Laptops aren’t allowed and the tables are small, so it’s not WFH-friendly or ideal for groups. Seating is limited, and I wouldn’t bring a dog either — it’s better suited for a quiet, personal visit.

I had a decaf cappuccino here with a friend of mine and it was really a sweet experience. Loved being able to talk to a friend while simultaneously being exposed to green plants. I had their Nutella banana bread which admittedly was super delicious. The cost of coffee is a bit higher than average coffee shops so this was an over $10 expense. But other than that, the atmosphere was beautiful, nice, calm. (Can be noisy if it’s full but still worth your time and definitely a “catching up with a friend” type of place.)
Update: I still believe this is a good place to catch up with friends! However, wanted to share that I went here again to have lunch with a friend and we both grabbed the grilled cheese sandwich. We both thought it was too pricey ($10 with taxes) and that for the quality, you could find better meals elsewhere. So while I love the place for being a coffee shop, tea shop and botanical shop, it’s less of a “brunch” place. And that is okay!

This little, but cute coffee place makes you feel like in heaven. The florist lady is so knowledgeable of all the flowers, she knows all names, and you can see that she really likes what she does. The coffee is good, the food is good. I love this little coffee gem! ☕️

Oh boy this place is a true hidden gem! After a full day of exploring in the rain and drizzle, we stopped in for a much needed hot beverage and comfy place to chill. I had the Golden Turmeric Milk and it was delightful. The staff was so kind and very helpful and the environment, well I’ve never experienced anything quite so charming! ❤️
