I drove 40 minutes just to try their famous cheesesteak, and it was absolutely worth it. From the first bite, you can tell why it’s so well known. The bread was fresh and perfectly soft with just the right amount of chew, the meat was flavorful and cooked just right, and the cheese tied everything together perfectly. We really enjoyed the pizza too!
I’ll definitely be making the trip again — this one lives up to the hype.

This Pizza was delicious. I live a little bit outside the delivery area, so I paid a lil more to have them deliver it to my house , I needed to try this.
I was not disappointed at all.
It was made with quality ingredients. No oil or grease anywhere. The sauce tastes like tomatoes , The pizza was thin and not doughy. The cheese was just right. It was delivered hot
Everything about this was perfect… I highly recommend.

Amazing! First time ordering tonight and it did not disappoint! The balboa pizza was incredible and cooked well done without us even asking- many places you have to beg to get well done and it still doesn’t come out right but this place knows how to cook pizza! Also got the rigatoni vodka, which could easily be sold in a fancy Italian restaurant for $30+ it was that good. The garden salad was fresh and tasty. The prices are fair and we loved the whole 80s/90s vibe with the clever menu names. Will definitely be making this our new regular pie place!

Stop what you’re doing and go get a South Philly cheesesteak IMMEDIATELY! It’s absolutely insane! It is the BEST cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I drove home for 15 minutes and it was still scalding hot. The FLAVOR on the meat is insane. Seasoned so well, cheesy like your Dad jokes, and the onions were so soft and well mixed throughout. Everything about that cheesesteak was on point. OH, I almost forgot to mention the bread!! The bread is homemade sourdough rolls. That roll takes this sandwich and brings it to another dimension of flavor! It has the perfect crunch and was all around amazing. This place can’t miss. 100/100 would absolutely recommend to everyone with a pulse and a few bucks in their pocket. South Philly cheesesteak for the W!!

My son shared Dave Portnoy’s recent video/review of PaciDough’s Pizza Joint in Toms River with me yesterday, the 1st of March. I love watching Portnoy’s reviews as I’m a huge fan of his. Since my son and I happened to be at our beach house in Toms River for the weekend, and we haven’t found any decent pizza down here other than at the boardwalk in Point Pleasant, we hopped in the car and went to Pacidough’s. It was quite the scene! At 6 PM, they were already sold out of pizza (due to the Barstool review, I’m sure). It was great, though. Everybody who came in was congratulating the owner about the visit from Portnoy. Luckily, I thought of asking if they still had any small pizzas, and they did! We literally had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza, but I didn’t care. I was going to try this pizza at all costs. It was fun to sit inside and watch the scene. It’s definitely a family operation with the owner making the pizza and his wife and wife’s sister manning the phones and working very hard. The phone never stopped ringing the whole time we were there, and even though they were so busy (turning people away because they had no pizzas left to sell), they were extremely nice to everybody. Finally, our pizza came! We got 2 piping hot plain small pizzas (which were basically as big as a Federici’s large), and I LOVED the pizza. Dave Portnoy rated the pizza an 8.2 I think, and my rating on a scale of 1 to 10 is an 8.5 (not that anybody cares what my rating is!) It’s a really thin crust pizza, which I love, and it has a perfect proportion of sauce to dough to cheese. The sauce, just like Dave Portnoy says, is a little sweet, and I love that! The dough is the real deal, and when you get to those bites at the end, you can taste the homemade yeasty goodness with just the right amount of crunch and fluffiness. The cheese tasted legit and there wasn’t too much of it. The pizza was so good that I ate basically the entire small pizza. Like I said, it’s much better than any other pizza I’ve had down here including Little Mia’s, Lennie’s, and Denino’s South. Needless to say, we will definitely be going back to PaciDough’s Pizza Joint!

First time trying this place and we were very disappointed , we picked up 2 pies and cheesy garlic bread i believe owner was behind the counter was not very welcoming at all . But my biggest issue was the food we live less then 10 mins away and the food was not hot at all and both pies were burnt and thats all we tasted . Threw $60 in the garbage will not recommend or be back besides the fact $60 for 2 pies and garlic bread is a little much

This is the best pizza in town. Look no further. The dough, cheese, and sauce are all fantastic. Their extensive pizza menu is full of creative and delicious recipes, and the sides and sandwiches are also delicious. Their “da bomb” meatball sub with vodka sauce, for example, is really very good.
The owners and staff are really friendly, and you can tell they are passionate about making delicious pizza. Try them once and you’ll be addicted. I could go on but I am about to enter a food coma because I just polished off an entire pizza (again).
