I am so happy that Chipotle has finally landed in Hot Springs, Arkansas! This Chipotle has plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of, and prices are decent. It’s a lot of food for the money. I can usually get two meals out of the one. The chicken is fully of flavor. It’s marinated in a chipotle pepper red sauce and then grilled. It’s tender and delicious and my favorite. There’s a lot of protein choices- including vegetarian! The Sofritos are delicious too. Oh, and their Coke tastes better too.
Update: I went back with my company. My meal was perfect! This is a good chipotle. The workers are super focused- probably amped up as a newly opened store, but they hit the target with this meal. I have tried probably three dozen Chipotles and this one is right up there with the best. Oh, parking wasn’t great today simply because many spots are taken up by the construction crew but they’re doing their job and that’s good, it’s not forever.

This Chipotle is a gift to the city of Hot Springs. Back in the day I would have to drive all the way to Little Rock to get my fix of Chipotle but now I just have to drive to Hot Springs. It’s still 45 minutes, but it’s definitely worth it. When my wife would work, my infant son and I would go get our Chipotle, and I’m proud to say those visits created another lifelong fan. I’ve never had negative experience on here and I suspect all the one star reviews you see are just from people who have a bunch of sand in their shoes. In fact, the only negative thing I can say is they pack those burrito bowls so full if I try to finish one, I will feel sick. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent service! These people know they are serving up great food. I really appreciate them being there. If you haven’t tried Chipotle you have no idea what you’re missing. The food is simply YUMMY!

Horrible service. Chips were stale and salty. They were no edible. Left off my sour cream, queso, and tortillas on my build your own order. Only offered that I pick it up after I spent extra money to have it delivered. Delivery orders should be triple checked because customers spend money to have it delivered. Worse restaurant experience I had in years.

The picture below are of my wife holding her burrito and let me tell she has very small hands this is the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen come from chipotle ever I e seen sonic breakfast burrito be bigger than this at fraction of the price now for my burrito that I didn’t get pics of I had Burnt pieces all through mine it was like they scrapped all the burnt piece off the grill and through them in to my burrito I honestly don’t know what to think about this place after tonight would love for them to make it right but they probably wont

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the portion size was shockingly small. Every item—from the rice to the chicken and toppings—was given in extremely limited quantity, like they were trying to save ingredients at my expense.
What made it worse was the attitude of the man who served me. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or just a staff member, but he was incredibly rude. There was no basic courtesy or customer service—he seemed irritated for no reason and was unwilling to listen or even acknowledge when I politely asked for a bit more of an item. His behavior made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
I’ve been to many Chipotle locations before and never faced such poor service or stingy portions. This is definitely not what I expect from a brand like Chipotle. Hot Springs location really needs better staff training and more focus on customer satisfaction.
Would not recommend this branch. I’ll be avoiding it in the future.

The lady at the drive thru on 10/12/2025 at 4:54 pm was extremely rude. I pulled up early not knowing that they make it only at a certain time and her exact words were “it’s not five” and walks away. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason.

The floor was COVERED in trash & food!
The tables were not clean, the carpet just as gross.
I ate here once a year ago and got sick, figured I’d try it again. I didn’t make it past that door and left, nope!
