Last time eating from here was about 2 years ago …I would order party trays! ordered over $70 worth of food from my family just now and this food is absolutely gross! not sure if it’s different owners are not – but i will not be back and do not waste your money! I used to come here quite a bit me and my children but lately they’ve been giving out shrimp fried rice that is horrible tonight I ordered boneless chicken. It was old dried out and hard. I called and complained. I don’t know what’s going on with these people, but they need to get it together they charge too much money to be given out old dried out chicken. 01/24/2026

They have good Chinese. Convenient location and there’s plenty of parking. The line/wait can be 10 – 15 minutes when there’s a rush but the cooks are fast and there’s tons of shopping options nearby. I keep busy instead of waiting.

It cost me $17.09 to get all white meat with the Mandarin chicken. Fried rice with nothing but rice no egg, no peas no carrots nothing else just rice and an eggroll. This is at the Laplace location. I’ve gotten better Chinese for half the price in Metairie. And the sauce is disgusting. Not even the right color. It’s beef gravy. And nothing even taste good I thought I would have extra food for tomorrow so I didn’t mind paying almost $20 for one meal but I will not give this to my dog to eat.

You don’t go here for atmosphere. You go for the delicious Chinese food. Recently the prices seem a lil bit lower somehow too 6/27/2025, but with the tariff politics and inflation it’s anybody’s guess how long that will hold. Love this place. Food is consistently great and consistently fast made in the time frame promised.

I don’t know what they changed but the rice does not taste like it used to. It was absolutely horrible. This was my first time back in a long time and I see things have changed. It tasted like raw fish. The texture was extremely hard. The person I was with had the same experience.
The sweet and sour chicken & spring rolls were really good. The fried chicken was very spicy but good. They give good portion sizes
