The food was excellent, tasty, and delicious. The staff and cook are friendly people and very approachable. I had a fantastic experience with Wong China House. Will definitely return! The General Tso’s Chicken is fantastic along with many other vegetarian options. The store is still opening and running despite what the most recent post says (it’s about a year, doubt its validity).

For some reason, the Chinese restaurants in my area keep changing ownership and/or cooks and the food goes downhill. This is my second time here and both times I had very good meals. I had Szechuan shrimp with pork fried rice and it was delicious. Partner had egg drop soup and chicken chow mein and he was pleased. Shrimp tempura was delicious. Fried dumplings were filled with meat more than other Chinese restaurants I have been to. Also delicious. This place is strictly take out. Decent prices too. On a side note, as I stated this was my second time here. The last time I had white rice and had plenty of leftover rice. Usually the rice on the second day is hard as a rock. But not the rice here. Don’t know what they do to make it not hard.

Service was polite and quick. The woman who took our order was very considerate of my brother who is vision impaired, she when through the whole transaction with him and was very attentive to his abilities. And if that wasn’t enough the food was absolutely wonderful, quality meats and veggies, not too salty, not overly breaded chicken. Will def be our default location for Chinese food.

Just too salty, I mean everything. Other than that it’s all good. Sure wish Lighthouse Point had more options. If we have any influence at all, I would say that just a single competitor would make this place way better than it is. The service over the phone is bizarre. Delivery is sketchy. And the food could be better. I’m not ignorant about Chinese food. I’ve experienced some of the best in U.S. Wong China House is just a small community business. So they have their limitations. And so then does lighthouse point.

Ordered take out last night. Was super excited to get it. Went home served it to my family and not one of us ate it. Terrible food! Rice and noodles had a horrible flavor that I couldn’t even describe. General tso chicken was o.k. But definitely the worst I’ve tasted. The absolute worst was the fried wontons. They tasted like straight up flour and had literally nothing inside them. I spent over $50 just for it all to go in the trash. Very disappointed

As another review were posted… The owner is a sweetheart she really is… The food is pretty bad though. It looks nothing like the pictures… Wayover salted… Weird chunky grizzly stuff in the wontons. I absolutely can’t eat it. The vegetarian dish which was supposed to have vegetables only has tofu and a lot of very sweet sticky brown sauce not one veggie. I won’t be going back.

Very, very good. Had Hunan chicken. Lots of veggies in a spicy brown sauce. One order is enough for two people. Best egg rolls ever; big and plump; crust is light and crispy.

Food is mediocre at best on two orders, but last night was the end. After driving to pick up our food Wong called me to inform us they gave us the wrong order. I drove back to return the food when the owner promptly told me I owed them an additional $5.18.
One would think that that discrepancy would have been chalked up to the “don’t worry about it…our bad” category. But their pettiness in insisting that they collect the 5.18, despite THEIR inconveniencing me by their mistake and having me drive back to correct it. I informed them I hoped they put the $ in the bank b/c it was the last $ they would get from me….I also recommended they attend a Business 101 course to get educated in customer service.

Wow! The food was all excellent!! My husband & I were looking for a great takeout for Chinese and we found it!! The woman was I think by herself & was pleasant & efficient. You won’t be disappointed!! It took alittle longer being it was a Sat. night but worth it!! Will vo back again soon!!

First of the food is extremely bland and mediocre. I have no idea what all the hype is about. I waited 50 mins for something I could have easily cooked myself in less time.
I ordered crab rangoon, chicken lo mein, beef and brocoli. The crab rangoons had a decent flavor but the crispy ends were stale and not warm. In addition, it doesnt come with sauce except for the generic packets of duck sauce.
Lo mein was all around terrible. Beef and brocoli was edible but nothing to write home about positively.
Portions are big but very disappointed in the flavor! This is a good option for a childs palette. If you are looking for amazing Chinese food I recommend Sun Sun in Coral Springs! Hands down the best Chinese food in South Florida and cheaper I might add…
