I have ordered from door dash from here 3 separate times. All three times one major item was not correct and DoorDash was great and refunded, but I still had to tip to reorder my item. The third time I said enough and wanted to speak to a manager. They would not answer their phones and my door dash driver graciously allowed me to speak to a manager he retrieved from his own phone since chick fil A would not answer.
I spoke to this “Director” of 3700 yougsfield, Max. His first response to my complaint about having to pay a second tip because of their errors each time was “if it’s for the same driver getting the order back you shouldn’t give a second tip.” First off. Really? They just work for free you think because you can’t make an order correctly ever?
Then when I explained that this makes no sense he said there is “Nothing Chick Fil A can do because it’s through a third party vendor.” Let me tell you, there is. I told him I would be reaching out to corporate and he said “Yes, you can reach out to corporate there’s nothing I can do.”
Most recently I ordered a standard 30 piece nuggets (breaded). The picture depicts what was received. I would not normally go to these lengths, but third time the a response like this from a so-called Director. What a joke. You need new leadership representing the company.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service is what really sets them apart. The staff is always friendly, polite, and efficient, even during busy hours. Orders are accurate, the restaurant is clean, and the overall experience feels welcoming every time. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Easily one of the best fast-food experiences out there.

What ever this restaurant did to change their grilled nuggets, they are terrible. I got 2-8 count, (that I’ve ordered for years from cfa) and these were not the standard grilled nuggets I’ve enjoyed for so long. If the management of this Wheat Ridge store (3900 Youngfield) reads this they should figure this out. I had to throw the grilled nuggets away. Tough, over cooked, and I’m not sure WHAT cut of chicken it was…. plus tasted terrible. They look grilled, but the brown marks appeared to be some kind of dye or something to make them look grilled. I’ve been a long long time customer of cfa, but I don’t think I’m going to go back. Extremely disappointed. Rick in Arvada CO.

I ordered a chicken deluxe to go. I got home and it was a spicy chicken. Strike one. I didn’t feel like driving all the way back and waist my gas. Guess I’m going to try the spicy. Bit into it and a bunch of water leaked out the chicken fella all over me and my plate. Strike 2 and it was cold like it wasn’t cooked enough. Strike three. Done with this place.

This was the fanciest CFA we’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The drive-thru was faster than any we experience at home and our food was HOT, not just warm, like we’ve grown accustomed to receiving from our local stores. Our toddler was sleeping and the speaker was a lot louder than we would have preferred. Had we been hearing impaired, it would’ve been amazing!

We live pretty close so come a lot, I’ve yet to be through the drive thru and have them actually get the order right. Today they missed an entire sandwich and instead of honey roasted BBQ sauce gave me honey and BBQ sauce separately.

My dudes, I don’t think they know how to pull chicken out of the fryer after their time is up. Cause these chickens, they be drier than the Sand Dunes here. The fries are good, though, so we had that to look forward to.
The older lady was also quite the friendly one, made sure we had our drinks bubbly and cold. Kudos to her for being awesome.

Driving on a LONG road trip from san diego and stopped for some chicken tenders. Honestly super disappointed to receive this as a “Tender” in my meal. Super small and didn’t even include an extra as compensation, which I’ve had other chick fil a’s do before. Was just hoping i’d leave a little more full before hopping back on the road.

Typically plenty of parking when I’m there. The food is always good and the staff is very polite and professional. When anyone thanks them they always respond with a cheerful “my pleasure.” The restaurant, including the bathroom, is always clean.
