I used to work at dunkin and i get the same order at every single dunkin i go to. this is the only store that refused to give me an iced latte with light ice, stating that they “can’t” fill up the extra room with the milk. i didn’t even buy it, ive never heard something so ridiculous in my life. definitely not going back to this location!

Iced coffee with cream, sugar and hazlenut….ended up being just cream sugar and hazelnut no coffee! Plus the individual at the counter as I was about to order told me to hold on and took a personal call and when she saw that there was no a line of customers behind me she got off the phone and made the horrible drink. I will never return to this Dunkin donuts and I grew up going to only this Dunkin. After adding my own coffee to it in a cup as pictured you can see that it was then the correct color because I had added coffee which was missing. Horrible experience

Was good in the past but gone downhill completely. Its often very busy and lately they have been running out of most donuts. I ordered online and when I got there, they had nothing I wanted from the donuts left. And the staff person would not substitute it for a lemon cake. One particular staffer is very uncaring in preparing orders and is not friendly to customers. She was making drinks for customers who ordered after me and ignoring my order until I came up to the counter even though I ordered ahead. Once she did make it, she handed it to me without saying a word. You know, your coffee is not all that cheap these days and I can make mine at home so I have definitely reduced my visits, at least to this location. If you’re going to have a nasty attitude like that, you don’t deserve my money.
