I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem but tonight I waited ( and am still waiting) over an hour for the pizza (singular) and cheese bread (also singular) I ordered. It was delivered through DoorDash which means they are keeping the door dasher from taking other orders. This is totally unacceptable.

Placed a online order 35 minutes upon arrival, and when I got there they told me that they didn’t have an order from us, but as we stood there and talked it magical came through and then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the order, without even an offer of an apology…..
Will be our last order from that Location if they don’t want to provide customer service then they should just shut the location down.

Pricey, unless you pick up or find a discount code online. Always search for and try 3-4 coupons. Although Papa John’s is one pizza place that usually gets things right, this particular location tends to miss things in your order. Very specifically if you order dips and/or extra pepperocinis. Easily avoidable by checking pickups before leaving.

If I could give zero stars I would after my experience today. We order from this location quite a lot and the pizza we order our kids is always the same. All we ask is that it is light sauce. Every single time we get it it’s not. Usually though they are so kind and remake it for us. Today the manager himself was extremely rude to my husband and denied it was wrong. Not only that but he refused to remake the pizza leaving our kids without their special lunch for their back to school celebration.

Please stop having doordash deliver for ya’ll. Your my favorite pizza place and everytime it’s delivered through doordash either something is forgotten, the food is cold cause it sat so long waiting for a dasher to get there, or the food is just ruined. Very disappointing

I got a order of chicken Parmesan bites and a pizza with pineapple and ham and I am going to say the food looks sad. The bites are not worth buying no chicken hardly in them turned one of them over it was burnt the pizza I’m trying to find the ham. I use to order from Papa John’s a lot and they was terrible now I tried to give them another chance nope won’t do that again I’m staying with Domino’s.

The pizza is still pretty good but who is delivering these days? The last drivers looked like they just bailed out of a sweaty backyard BBQ, no professionalism whatsoever and no signage on their hoopty of a vehicle. They left the order on the porch and didn’t bother ringing the doorbell. Sped off like the law was coming. Guess their tip mattered as much as their appearance. Think I’ll get it myself from now on.
