After a long 25 min. wait at Meriden’s East main location, I finally received my mobile order. I had my favorite double stuffed tacos but this time I tried the cinnamon twist for the first time. I am a little disappointed the cinnamon twist definitely did not look as advertised and they had a strong after taste.

Cleanest, nicest , tastiest Taco Bell I’ve been to in a while ! The moment i walked in, surprised with the cleanliness! All kiosks worked, and customer service was excellent, food was amazing!

I placed my order through the app about 10 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready by the time I got there. When I pulled up to the speaker, the person taking my order was hard to hear and came across as annoyed, like I was bothering them. I let that go, but after confirming my order, I waited behind just one car for about 5 minutes. Once that car left — with what looked like a small order — I expected mine to be ready shortly.
Instead, I waited another 8 minutes before finally receiving my food. When I got it, everything was cold and the hard shells were soggy. What made it more frustrating was that an employee who appeared to be clocking out was casually chatting with staff at the pickup window, while my order seemed to be getting ignored.
I didn’t go back to ask for a fix because, based on how things were handled, it didn’t seem like the staff were particularly concerned. And after already waiting so long, I didn’t want to go through another round of delays just to get what I should’ve received the first time.
I don’t usually complain, but if I order ahead, I expect to pick up my food quickly and have it be fresh — not end up feeling like I wasted $15.

Rude staff, answer is always no. Paid for extra nacho cheese asked for it on the side. The reply back was “we dont do that here”. Disgusting. I nicely replied i paid for it. And staff then rolled their eyes and gave me 1 instead of the 2 I paid for. At this point I was over it and refuse to go back to this location even though Taco Bell is usually delicious, and its 4 min from my house… ill go to Wallingford instead.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We waited 25 minutes for our food in an almost empty store. When we asked for an order update, the cashier who was just standing there said there was a lot of orders to fulfill despite the drive thru being empty. When we did finally receive our order, a vegetarian dish had meat in it and the burritos were overfilled and messy. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
