had an order placed about 20 minutes from the place. 3 pizzas. they said it’d be ready in about 15-20 minutes. get there, pay for my pizzas and get told about another 4 minutes. ended up being in there for about 25 minutes. just waiting. saw other customers come and go and get their order before mine. luckily i wasn’t the only one, as two people who came in basically sat there just waiting to get their order taken/pay and pick up an order for at least 15 minutes. haven’t ate the pizza yet but if it’s anything like the inside of that place i’m sure it’ll be absolute trash

My husband is a HUGE pizza lover! Me, not so much. I’ve never been a big pizza eater. We don’t order it often, but when we do he likes Little Ceasars. I am not a fan of marinara sauce, so I always dread ordering pizza. The reason is, NO MATTER how you specify it, when ordering on the app, it still gets dumped on MY flipping pizza!!! I know there is an option for no sauce, but who wants a bland pizza? I ask for “light” sauce. If I ask for “very little sauce” they get confused or tell me the pizza won’t cook right!?!?! If it won’t cook right, then why is there an option for “no sauce”? Makes zero sense! Anyway, here is my “light” sauce pizza I ordered 7/9/2021. I ordered a custom pizza that was ALMOST $14 dang dollars! I asked for “smokey ham”, bell pepper (green peppers) and mushrooms. Do you think I got much for toppings???? NOPE!!!!!!! BUT, I got a gallon of freaking marinara on my pizza!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN LITTLE CEASARS IN NEWTON! Especially, after spending $35 on two pizzas and I could have went to Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s or Back Alley!

I ordered a large pizza and cheese breads ticks, and it was made within 7 mins. Quick and fast pizza that was not bad at all. The service was excellent also.

Went in and no pizzas hot and ready. Watched the guy making them smoke a cigarette and go back to making pizzas without washing his hands. The pizza isn’t horrible but definitely had better

Do not order delivery, you may not get all your food.

The store got bought by New owners, so I decided to give it a try again. I’m not a pizza connoisseur by any means, but I do like to stop and grab a couple of cheap hot-and-ready’s every now and again when we’re going on a day out with the kids.
The new owners have done good things. The phones now work, and the problems with the website are not their fault. I honestly haven’t tried to order online, because the new owners of the store actually answer their phone. Food is made promptly, the lady behind the counter is always smiling, and it’s the same pizza I always remember from little Caesars.
It’s nice to be able to call them and place an order, get my kids around, and have a picnic day at the park. We don’t always take pizza, but now that the local little Caesars is running well again, that’s an option once more.
(Review last year)
I wanted to make a pickup order online, but I have to pay with a card, I can’t make my order then go into the store and pay in cash. And I can’t call, because every time I do there’s a busy signal. For the last several months anytime I have tried to call Little Caesars in either rings and rings and rings and rings and nobody ever answers the phone, or I get a busy signal in the line goes dead after 3 seconds

We’ve lived in Newton for almost three years. For two years we are little Cesar’s at least once a month. We had no complaints. I’m the last few months though it’s gone downhill. Every time we go in for a hot and ready, there’s maybe one ready. We’ve had to wait every time for their “hot and ready”. This is during their advertised times for hot and ready. The final straw was tonight though. We ordered an hour and a half ahead so we absolutely wouldn’t have to wait… Yeah right. Still had to wait, they put tomato sauce on a no sauce pizza, completely forgot our dessert and when we tried to call them to get the dessert pizza we called several times and they never picked up the phone. We’d asked for a no sauce pizza due to an allergy in the house. So that person had to go without dinner.

I don’t need to say much about the pizza as it was fantastic as always. I wanted to comment on the store itself. They were running a coloring competition for the little kids when I was there and it really was heart warming to see all the children getting so excited about the fun and the food. Way to go Little Caesars!
