I’m usually not one to post negative reviews but I had just a completely unacceptable experience with this location. I ordered the garlic stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage and olives for delivery and the pizza arrived absolutely charred, just burned to a crisp and completely inedible. How any employee could willingly send this out the door is beyond me. Absolutely lost my business permanently.

I came in and ordered a cheese pizza with “as much cheese as you’re legally allowed to put on.” They were friendly, fantastic and really did put as much cheese as they could while still allowing the pizza to cook properly. I got lots of garlic sauce and the employee suggested I try the garlic parm they put on the garlic bread as a dipping sauce too! Great service, delicious pizza.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. We ordered food online we had to enter our card information in 3 times due to an error occurring and to please try again. After the 3rd time it finally went through and we went about our day. About 45 min later a Doordash driver arrives requesting cash. Even tho we entered our card info multiple times, upon reading the confirmation email it did say cash however we did not select cash, the website must have defaulted to the option. So I call the store and immediately the girl that answered at 7:29pm popped off an attitude. I explained to her there was an mistake with the transaction and we do not have cash. She said the driver can bring the food back “since we can’t afford it” i told her we can and we were paying with card but the website messed up, She told me she could take my payment over the phone and we were getting the card to pay. . While my husband was doingshe told me that they stopped using personal drivers a month ago and only contract with 3rd party delivery then I asked “well what’s the driver supposed to do now, this has been a waste of not only my time but his as well” and told me that wasn’t her problem and she was canceling the order and we could either eat it or throw away. Upon asking for her name she told me the order was canceled and hung up.. Management you need to have your employees take some training on how to handle customer issues and complaints, this certainly was the wrong way to handle this.

Specifically for the Aloha store on TV hwy. I reluctantly tried Papa Johns pizza one night due to it being the only place open that delivered. I’ve had Papa Johns pizza in the past in many locations all over the country and it failed in comparison to the local pizzerias. The pizza I got from the Aloha location was so good that I ordered again a week later for takeout. I have for the first time downloaded a chain store app and will continue to choose Papa Johns pizza for my go to pizza for takeout. My review is for takeout but the delivery was excellent. The pizza was hotter when delivered than when I drive it home.

Jeremy and Elijah are absolute studs. Even after the carry out window was closed, they still went above and beyond and fulfilled our order. These two gentleman are the epitome of what customer service should be! Give these guys a raise immediately. Best service I have ever received in my 27 years of life.
