I ordered the talipia and wing combo. The plate was full of food. I had to wait for about twenty minutes for my order, but I couldn’t complain about it being cold. Everything on the plate was hot. I did notice that a lot of people had call in orders. This was my first time at this establishment. I didn’t like the seasoning mix or whatever mix that is used that was sprinkled generously over the food. I couldn’t enjoy the food as I had wished but it was edible. The hush puppies and cold slaw were items that were tasted but not suitable to my culinary taste; therefore, these two items found there place in the trash.

I’m changing my original review after the owner contacted me and was able to remedy the situation. If it was not for the owner taking feedback seriously my review would be the same. The food is great, and I can say the owner takes how his customers are treated seriously. He definitely wants his customers to have a good experience from start to finish. I will continue to bring business here.

We ordered the catfish dinners (3) and a combo catfish and gizzards. This was some of the best catfish we’ve ever eaten. We didn’t like the hush puppies or the fries, but the fish and gizzards were amazing. Will be back again and next time get the fried green tomatoes .

I’m changing my review from five stars down to two and this because of service today not because of young lady but because of her manager for what she just told me at the drive do. I pull up there’s a FedEx truck in the way of the drive-thru and it doesn’t have an instinct way to tell you to enter in through this way to go to the drive-thru. So I came in through another way because the FedEx truck was in the way. This is my third time coming to this place second time coming through the drive-thru. The young lady proceeds to tell can you go out and turn around and I proceed to tell her I only came this way because of the FedEx truck or the UPS truck that was in front and she said I know but my manager going to say something can you please go out and come around now I started just pull off and not pay for nothing and just go to life or Papa wings or JJ fish at least the service better. And I took this as rude because you don’t do that to a customer first of all especially when it’s not even their fault knowing there’s an object in front where you want them to come in at through the drive-thru how about put some signs down and say come in this way through the drive-thru. Yes your food is good but the rest of the restaurants that got the same thing you got are good just as yours and this will be my last time you would not no longer have me as a customer because I don’t appreciate this Very disappointed in sharks. Oh yes I’m a little frustrated today with them so I’m going to go home pray to God about it but I will not be coming back here.

So I placed the order 15 minutes before closing. I went to the location and the employee said they had no order for me. They sent me to their other location 5 minutes away and they didn’t want to open the door. One employee had a bag full of food but didn’t come to the door. When someone finally came, they just kept saying we are closed. I told them I placed an order and they said they don’t have any orders. Will NEVER go there again.

Upon arrival I ask if they had a GRILLED shrimp combo, rather than talking to me she pointed to the menu, well excuse me if I could see it up there good I’d know !! So I ending up getting the lunch special and it tasted great. Go to find a table while they’re fixing it and no clean tables !!! My husband ask for napkins to clean a table, he was given 2 small napkins ( not wet at all ) he cleaned it as good as he could so we sat and waited. Food was hot and good but we will go to another location next time because this place clearly could care less whether they got our business or not.

They need someone that answer the phone knows what they are doing and can speak where you understand what they are say. My husband had to call them back to find exactly how long it would be before it was ready. The person that took his order acted like she was just ready to get off the phone and he couldn’t understand what time it would be ready. He called back and the person that answered the phone let him know that it would be 20 minutes. The other person that told him it would be 4 to 5 minutes are maybe 45 minutes ♀️ Oh and the sauce they put in those little cups was like ridiculous. It was half of a half maybe full. I never ever say anything bad about where I eat but I won’t go back there.
