While off to a rocky start, Grounded Table was a great dinner to wrap up our weekend in Willamette Valley. While our table wasn’t ready when we entered at our reservation time, the staff quickly got us drinks that were then ready for us when our table was available shortly thereafter. The staff was super sweet and very helpful with the menu and dietary restrictions. For food, highly recommend the homemade cavatelli. The sage, butter, and crushed hazelnuts were the perfect combination you didn’t know you needed. Decadent without going overboard. The half chicken seemed a little small, but was moist, had a great flavor, and was delicious. The whole trout was a beautiful combination of flavors and textures. Somewhat thin, but great combo with the ham hock and fried brussel sprout leaves. The Turkey schnitzel…wow. The breading on the turkey was light and crispy, combined with the marionberry agrodolce and vinegar dressing. Match made in heaven and highly would recommend. Definitely leave room for dessert — the cookies and milk dessert was the elevated Oreos and milk you grew up having. Simple and fantastic. We ended our meal with some after dinner drinks to which the sommelier was incredibly helpful and kind, explaining what was available and the corresponding tasting notes. Great meal that more than made up for our delayed start. Would definitely come back.

I went here for my birthday and it was the perfect evening! Our waitress was so fun and knowledgeable and made me feel so special! Our food was all fantastic and tasted like real farm fresh food. Beautiful presentation. Felt so satisfied and good after eating the food here. Thank you!

So good, had to come back twice! The service is impeccable- staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Sunday chicken dinner is amazing, as is the Saturday brunch. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the salty and sweet balance was perfect. The squash hazelnut dish is incredible. This is cooking and hospitality at its best!

We stopped in over the weekend at the recommendation of a friend. We were a bit early before the dinner rush but we were surprised to see the entire place empty. Beautiful restaurant, we really expected a bit of a crowd.
We were seated and greeted, waters were provided with menus. We started our meal experience by telling our waiter that we planned to do a progressive dinner down 3rd Street. We were met with a rather disappointed / disheartened response.
Their menu was absolutely stunning. Lots of great options. As this was our first stop of the evening, we went for an appetizer. The Albacore Confit absolutely out of this world. Ridiculously good. Huge portion, plated beautifully. Wonderful for the three of us to share. We all raved at how lovely the dish was.
Drinks were absolutely fabulous. Gin martini was SOLID. My partner didn’t care for his wine but it was a first-time try, that isn’t the fault of the restaurant. The Dolores O’Riordan martini was absolutely wonderful. The bar was timely with drinks, which is always appreciated.
Overall, ambiance, food, and drink were AMAZING! Absolutely a 5-star experience. However, service just did not slap. We could have survived with the disheartened response at us only staying for one-course but the end of our time with Grounded Table kinda kicked us all in the butt. As they handed me the check, we were met with “We hope you can join us for an entire meal sometime”. The inflection was just catty and unnecessary. Trying to look past it, I continued to complete the check but after they departed the table, my dinner-mates both whispered under their breath “that did not just happen, how rude!”
Meh, this could hae been the easiest 5-star review ever. The attitude of our server kinda blew the entire experience, the comment was unnecessary.

Steak was tough and chewy, for the price I think it could be better. They should warm the bread before serving. The music was not enjoyable. I recommend relaxing music to allow enjoyment of the meal.
The chicken was excellent as was the service. Probably will not be back.

Absolutely, beautiful restaurant, friendly staff, unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with the food and drinks. One of our cocktails was extremely bitter (maybe should’ve sent it back actually, but that didn’t occur to us at the time). The charcuterie plate was very nice, unfortunately the halibut was just the fish with not much on the side so it was not very much food really, but was $47. Wish we had known that it was the kind of place where you needed to get a lot of sides, but that is surprising for that price.
After this meal, we went to the dive bar down the street and got a burger and tots because we were still hungry. Maybe we should’ve eaten more earlier in the day, or again understood more about this portions! By the time we got done with our halibut, we were sort of done with this lovely formal place and ready for something else.

I’m not sure how anyone could give this incredible restaurant anything less than 5 stars. Loved the atmosphere, table not too close together, sound level very reasonable, you could actually have real conversations!! Cocktails were outstanding. Every dish that was brought to our table of 6 was out of this world. We are all still talking about, craving the Caesar Salad. Service was impeccable and the Sommelier was fantastic! All around 1000% 5 stars!!

Came here for the weekend brunch and it is well worth planning a weekend around! Started with the donuts and had the breakfast sandwich as a main. The donuts were so fresh and perfectly textured, tasty chocolate on one. The breakfast sandwich was full of flavor and had a little extra to it with the relish. I will certainly be returning for a dinner! Reservations are recommended.

We had a wonderful dinner on a Monday night. It was full but the service was amazing. Our server Chris did not steer us wrong with his recommendations and I LOVED The wine list. Chris made great recommendations on pairings to go with our dishes. They also have an amazing dessert/after dinner drink selection as well. Their desserts are to die for. This was my second time there and I’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Went here for an anniversary date with my husband and everything was fabulous! We enjoyed beet tartar and sourdough bread to start, then pasta and turkey pot pie, followed by a smores tart. Our server was attentive and friendly!! She even brought us a non-alcohol spritzer to toast with after finding out we don’t drink alcohol. Definitely will be back
