I’m so annoyed. Why is it every single time I try to order delivery from you guys, you manage to mess it up. I ordered a veggie patty combo. Not veggie delite. It costs more for the veggie patty too. I do not want a sandwich full of lettuce, I don’t enjoy it. If you DONT have veggie patties, REFUND. OR TAKE IT OFF AS AN OPTION AND STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.

Brianna was a delight. She was working alone (as all subway workers are for some reason) but she was juggling orders very well. I got two veggie sandwiches and before cutting the she said “let me grab a clean knife”. That was extremely thoughtful and meant a lot to me!

We love this Subway! The workers are always friendly and the food is good.
We came in today and there was a very angry Karen, screaming rudely at the worker and her own children. (Over nothing, I might add.) She also brought in her non-service dog. Despite that, the person working at the register was very polite and professional. I was impressed since I wouldn’t have been nearly so courteous.

I had started ordering from here and my first few deliveries were great aft we I ordered again but got drinks and chips to go with it we never received the drinks or chips I reached out to subway and only received an email from the manager saying sorry for something that wasn’t even my complaint so I replied to explain what happened to which she re sent the same email again I stopped ordering for a while and decided to try again today for me and my daughter the food showed up looked good about half way through my sandwich there was hair in between the meat at that point I threw away the sandwich

I went to this place and ordered footlong veggie patty, the lady was not toasting the patty first and I explicitly asked to toast the patty first but she refused. She don’t even know how to make a veggie patty sub – worst subway. The frozen patty was super cold, how can someone eat it??

I’ve gone to this location 10-15 min before closing multiple times and they have turned me away because they were already “closed.” If that’s the case update the BUSINESS hours to 9:45. Some people get out of work late and need to pickup food for their families before going home.

I’m writing this right outside this Subway. The employee said the oven was off and didn’t want to give us hot subs because she was cleaning it. She then proceeds to turn it on and still gave us cold subs. It seems she was starting closing procedures and then not offering full service to customers. Had she said the oven was off before making my sub I would’ve gone elsewhere.

I went to this subway since it was close to my job. There’s a young guy and I do mean young that works here. When he was making my sandwich a girl that was training him hair touched my bread when she turned to show him something, so I asked for a new bread. Then he started to talk about me in Spanish but didn’t know that I understood him, since I’m african American. Then he touched his hair while putting cheese on my sandwich don’t eat here if you see him on the floor working

Ordered an oven roasted chicken breast. The person who did the order says to my husband “I’m surprised she didn’t want it toasted”. Even though I did not select that option an oven roasted chicken breast is supposed to be warm. Instead she literally took it out of the cold bin and put it on the sandwich. Being a precious Subway employee I must say she is completely ignorant!! It’s supposed to be warm!!!! If I wanted a cold chicken breast sandwich I would have asked for that.
