Food was disgusting, chicken strips and my chicken sandwich was so dark. Chicken patty didn’t even fit the bun. I threw a quarter of the bun away. Taste like the grease has not been changed in a month. The curlie fries were tough. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me here. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Came here for breakfast and the food was great! It was fresh and felt more Homemade than any other fast food restaurant. Staff was quick and kind. The dining room is clean and has that “retro” theme and it is neat and maintained. Bathroom was also clean.

The customer service here sucks. I went through the drive thru. The workers never greet you. They just come across the intercom and say, “what can I get for you?” Do better, Hardee’s. Your service is horrible.

Okay. I’m not going to make this an elaborate post about how great the food was or how impressed I was by the decor because none of that is true.
What I will tell you is that we went to Malden to stop by Wal-Mart and then get a hamburger. My husband chose Hardee’s. He wanted to go in and sit down to eat, so we did.
My first impression was wow this place hasn’t changed a bit in 20 years. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order and told us to have a seat, and he’d have it right out.
As I’m sitting there waiting, I realize they’re playing Christian music across the speakers. I’m in awe!
He brought our meal right out, and though it wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever eaten, it was the most pleasant meal I’ve had out in a while!! And yes, their shakes are still the best, in my opinion. Just give me a simple strawberry shake any day while I listen to the music and enjoy a burger.

My husband and I are vegan and love the Beyond burgers from Hardees. I never have to worry about our order being wrong at this location. All the employees are so nice and our food is always fresh and as ordered. Thanks to all the staff for always taking the time to get it right!!

Why did the workers served old food to customers. I asked for egg and biscuits without meat and cheese and their was leftover sausage on my biscuit which I don’t eat pork. Hardee’s has the best bacon egg and cheeses are the bomb!! But the staff working on the day we went was all goofing off and not paying attention to customers coming in the store, and really takeing a long time to take our order. And at least the restrooms were clean and neat. Drive thru was backed up bad and not moving at all. I think they can do better.

I’d give a 0 if I could! Over charged me didn’t bother to mix my lemonade like the other girls do and they specified it would be extra for tomato added to sandwich then never put it on but I got charged anyways! And yes the drive thru took me over 20 mins and I was the only one in line!!

Workers were very rude, charged me $2.00 more to switch from fries to curly fries. When I did get my food there was almost no meat on the bun (got the hot ham and cheese). The curly fries were rubbery like they had been sitting in the warmer all morning. Definitely worst experience from Hardee’s EVER will NEVER GO BACK EVEN IF IT’S FREE!!! If u could post less than one star I would.
