Missing a lot of food even after I asked if that was everything. 20 minute drive home half my order was missing they wouldn’t compensate me for the mistake, my wasted time, gas and drive. All they did was gave me a hard chocolate cake and said mistakes happen that’s all we can do. Never going back just because they didn’t care to make it right

Ordered through the app, pick up the food, start unloading the the bag and I find disgusting corn that I did not order. Didn’t get the mac and cheese I ordered. I did order the cole slaw, opened and it was unedible. Smelled like somebody barfed. At this point I’m done with this KFC

I was in the area, hungry, and I decided to try this KFC. I had the five strip meal, and the food was all overcooked. The chicken strips were both hard and rubbery, the fries were well done, and the bottom of the biscuit almost broke my teeth (a SLIGHT exaggeration). Part of going to a chain restaurant is thinking you are going to get consistency across the restaurants. That wasn’t my experience here. Maybe they were having an off day. The worker who took my order was very pleasant.

Ordered from this KFC via uber eats. I ordered 2 simple items (Nashville Hot Wings) with a large coleslaw. I received (Regular Soggy Hot Wings with a large coleslaw. I called them and he kept saying that I ordered (Barbeque Wings)…. He had me so convinced that I had to double check my own order via the app., and sure enough, I ordered the NASHVILLE WINGS. Ever had a craving for something really bad, get it and its not what you were craving. I will be switching KFC’s. If you can’t get a simple 2 item order correct….I would never order an entire meal.

The staff was very friendly. My famous bowls were well constructed and delicious as always. The biscuits however we’re horrible! Hard as rocks and also smelled terrible, like old stale grease. Here is a pic, not sure it’s very helpful in backing my description but here it is anyway.

Here’s the thing. This is one of the very few Taco Bells in the s. subrubs (demographics suck). Needless to say I’m familiar with the greasy food around here but this was gross. Subpar at a slowest time of day means no more business from me. I’ll to to Indiana if I have to for better quality. I do not blame employees ever when there is management oversight. Well here is the image of what we got and here is the review. No need to throw coupons at me not coming back but you should use this as an indication that you need to realize what your employees are serving and fix yourself before fixing them. Unacceptable on your part. And employees show a bit of enthusiasm and respect toward customers.

Thw food is not good.. It looks funny, smell funny and and taste bad, like old cooking oil was used. Stomach was extremely sick after eating. Called and informed the on duty manager. I am a business owner as well, so was just making them aware before it becomes a problem. Very good service.
