While parked out front before going inside, last evening between 6:40 pm and 7:15 pm, my husband and I witnessed 3 teenage boys running around all over the inside and throwing what appeared to be a wadded up ball of paper to resemble a baseball. Jumping over and beneath the handrails. They also went to the teenage male employee who had dark, quite fluffy hair and was laughing along with these teens, and were given donuts in a bag, that they did Not pay for. They ate them while continuing to run all over the place. My husband nor I felt comfortable going inside and dealing with this apparently acceptable behavior by the employees & rowdy teens. Completely inappropriate management of employees. I imagine there is a reason for not having a phone # listed. I wanted to speak with management, but this isn’t an option. This took place what we witnessed 25 minutes, though they were already inside when we pulled up. By the time we left they came out, got on their bikes with the fluffy hair employee outside also, waving them goodbye. We are appalled and would NEVER return.

I was at Publix and thought about buying donuts, but then decided I wanted some “really good” donuts. I drove 15 minutes to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts (which is in Palmetto). I cashed out at 8:10 am (early morning) and was immediately waited on. All went well, until I got home. The doughnuts were stale!! Obviously left over from the day before. Not sure if all the chains are doing this, but hugely disappointed. If I’m buying doughnuts at 8 am from a doughnut shop – I would expect them to be fresh and not left over from the night before!!

I’m done with this location, all the times I’ve been here they never have what I ordered. It’s 11am on a Saturday morning and they’re out, OUT of donuts. When I come to a place with, I dunno DONUTS in the name, one would expect you’d be able to get DONUTS there. Staff is not friendly and they’re constantly out of just about everything. Forgot to mention it took waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes before finding out they were out of donuts. Avoid this place like the plaque.

So sad because the location is wonderful for nearby residents- but the service might be the worst I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. There is zero urgency or attention to customers at this place. Every time I have gone here I have waited an unreasonable amount of time and there never seems to be any sort of management or leadership around.

I hate to do this, but I’m just over it. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. What happened to the days when the drive thru workers were supposed to answer the drive thru as quickly as possible to meet quotas and goals?….i cannot believe how long you wait at the drive thru board without anyone saying a word. You’d think there’s one person working in the place. And ontop of that, most of the workers seem like they don’t give a crap about you, or any other customers. No hospitality, no smile, no conversation, just an apathetic mood like they want you out of their face. One guy working here was actually very friendly and pleasant, I don’t know his name but he had a sparkly grill on his teeth, but he actually had a nice personality! Maybe because he was a little older, and these younger generations just don’t care about people apparently. I try and avoid this place even tho my daughter loves going there

I ordered a large ice coffee and the Barista filled it up into a busted cup and it was continuously pouring out of the bottom and spilled over into my car and lap. I don’t think it’s funny or cool I think it lack of common sense to put coffee in a busted coffee cup and serve it to a customer

Super slow, they do not have enough staff at this location. Super inefficient. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re used to the quick Dunkin service. They really should hire a third employee during lunchtime if they cannot handle the drive thru and inside with two. Drive thru was taking forever so I went inside. Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too . Very disappointed

Came here on the second day of opening. The young lady who checked me out was very friendly and courteous. At the drive-thru window there was a customer who had a problem and the manager tried to do her best to resolve a upset customer. They may be having a few Hangups but everything seems to be running well and my coffee was good. Was interesting to see the wireless chargers in the table. Will definitely be back my whole family loves Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m glad to have them just down the street. Welcome to the neighborhood!
