Two weeks have pasted, and no response. Most places I leave a review would have responded by now. A quick thank you or we’ll try and do better.

The service was speedy, I mean, I was the only one here. But not friendly at all. I ordered a steak fingers basket for dine-in. When the employee brought my tray out, it was in a box. It looked as if everything was literally just thrown in there. Some places are better then others. I kinda wish I hadn’t stopped here….

Lol, I thought there was just one piece of toast. I found one under the cold fries, too funny

We’ve had two separate occasions where either my husband or I arrived 20–30 minutes before closing and were told that the ice cream machine was “down” and the wait would be 30 minutes, which essentially means we couldn’t be served before closing.

It feels like this is being used as a way to avoid serving customers near closing time. I completely understand wanting to close on time, but if you’re open, customers should still be able to order.

I’m posting this so management is aware this is happening, because we’ve always enjoyed Dairy Queen and would like to continue coming here without running into this issue.

How lazy do you have to be to not even do the bare minimum work at a fast food restaurant? I paid for 2 large blizzards with extra candy in both and blended well. The first one he handed me was empty 2 inches from the top. He closed the window and when he opened the window to hand me the 2nd one, I handed it right back to him and told him to fill it to the top. Given that I have paid EXTRA for more Reese’s I expected the 2 inches of Blizzard to have SOME resemblance of candy in it…nope…they just added vanilla ice cream and handed it to me. The bottom of both our blizzards was nothing but ice cream as well. So much for them blending it well!! This DQ location has gone downhill fast for only having been opened a couple of yrs now. This is ridiculous!!

This rating is not the fault of the staff, it’s the fault of management. Before I moved to Anna, I went to my local DQ way too much. When I moved here, I was happy to one close by.

The staff is overworked. They are short-staffed in what I would expect to be busy times. They are out of flavors, ingredients, etc. I place an online order that took an hour of waiting in person after the pickup time to get, and had to give up on missing pieces that I paid for because things were melting.

The staff there is great, friendly, and working way too hard. Owner/Manager, please take care of your people and get them some help. Based on the lines, you are making more than enough to justify the cost.

The girl who worked the drive thru here today was so unbelievably rude. I asked for a small kids cone for my daughter and I requested at the speaker that they please not overfill the cone because it was for a small child. They indeed, overfilled the cone with an insane amount of ice cream that even an adult would have trouble eating. When I asked her for a cup to scrape off some of the ice cream, she got so agitated with me. As if I hadn’t asked that they NOT totally overfill the cone in the first place. The whole experience was just so unpleasant. This is my second bad encounter at this particular Dairy Queen. I don’t even know how this place is still open. After today I won’t do business here again. Do better DQ.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Who even trained the employees? The service is horrible. I understand it’s a bunch of teenagers working here but they really don’t care. I ordered a burger. They charged me for cheese and they didn’t even put the cheese! I went to the front to tell them and they just threw some cold cheese in a paper plate. They didn’t have the decency to remake the order they messed up. Who even thinks about just throwing cheese at a person instead of re-making the order right. And let’s also say the fries were very cold. Management should be embarrassed of this location. I will never come back.

Food and service have been good at this location. However – this store never turns on its exterior lighting at night. The big DQ sign on the front of the building is off. Parking lot lights are off. Front entry lights are off. The menu signs in the drive thru are turned off. We were there at 7:45pm and it was dark out. Hoping a manager or someone at corporate will see this review and get the issue resolved. It is a safety issue for your guests, and will also be a hindrance to sales if your store is dark and all signage is off at night.

Genuinely yall don’t know what yall are doing. I pull up order a Sunday with brownie in it and simply ask for them to warm it up right, not to much to ask for. But na, yall wanna sit here and say to put a brownie in a microwave yall have to uncharge a whole 2 dollars, like WHAT! how you gonna tell me that making your food taste as good as possible should cost me 2 dollars let alone your not adding anything to the Sunday that’s gonna cost extra, simply warming it up so it taste fresh and not old. Then when I get my food they walk up with the wrong order and I have to wait even longer after pulling through and parking to wait. AND THEN, yes there’s more, they completely forgot my Sunday cause apparently me not wanting to pay a whopping 2 dollars for fresh food tasting food quality food means scratch the whole thing. It’s safe to say that for sum mid tier food I won’t be coming back ever again…

I just have to take a moment to highlight one of the absolute BEST employees I’ve ever encountered (“Shantiece”) at Dairy Queen here in Anna, Texas!

Since the very first time my family and I started visiting this location, she’s been nothing short of amazing. Her customer service is top-tier every single time! Whether it’s through the drive-thru or at the counter, she greets everyone with a smile, gets every order right (even my kids’ ice creams!), and makes the entire experience feel warm and personal.

It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about their job and treat customers like family, but Shantiece does just that. She deserves to be recognized for her dedication, positivity, and consistency.

Dairy Queen, please give this young lady her flowers she’s a true gem and represents your brand with excellence!

Place was absolutely filthy, not a clean booth in the place. Floors nasty. Soda fountain sprayed with soda and nastiness. Meanwhile everyone sitting around behind the counter like it’s not their problem. Had to clean our own table after they brought our food out…
