I was enjoying my food when I bit down then noticed something was off, I figured it was maybe one of the banana peppers since sometimes the stems can get in the pizza but then I noticed it was definitely NOT a stem, I am very disappointed in this location.

I used to really enjoy the pizza from here so much so that I would drive 30 minutes just to get it for 3 years. but after talking to some of the staff and One of their night managers I will never be going back to this particular establishment. In both cases they had talked about tampering with food aka contaminating it, based off of not only customer interaction but customers names that would come in on online orders. Not knowing if that was the same name or not. And I found it particularly disgusting me that they were bragging about it on both occasions as if I would agree with them for getting back at someone for doing whatever. I truly Hope they can fix this at some point in time but even if they did I still wouldn’t trust going back there.

Placed an order for delivery at around midnight. The food got here at 12:30 AM. I gave it a try, and it’s some pretty good pizza. It arrived quickly and it was still decently hot when I received it. I’ll definitely consider Papa Johns next time I need a late-night fix.

Ordered pizza to pickup, arrived just as the order said it was ready, however when we pulled up to the window the lady walked around like she was looking for our pizza. Turns out she was, adelivery guy took our pizza. She apologized and said to park while they made us another. We waited at least another 15-20 minutes. We should have got a refund honestly. The pizza came in a smaller box than a large we ordered, it was folded. The sizes of their pizzas seemed to have grown smaller. Very thin too.

Although Papa Johns is carrying out or delivery and the don’t have a dining area, to be able to watch your food being prepared and to see the staff working together to get it done fast and properly is a joy!!! They carry on the old school belief that “the customer is always right!!!”

The staff at this location is fantastic, they make their food in a timely manner and have never messed up an order. They are very kind and good workers.
The 1 star review was because the company recently decided to have deliveries done through Door dash, which is a complete sham. Never once have I waited over 30 minutes for my pizza to be delivered, even on a Friday or Saturday night, but the last time I ordered it took them almost an hour to get my order to me, and I saw that the order left 13 minutes after I placed it. The door dash driver took 47 minutes to get to my place, when it is an 8 minute drive from my place to their location. The reason I was given was because “dashers making multiple stops may be delayed”
When the pizza got there, the dasher did not have it in a bag and it was soaking wet from the rain. Please go back to your driver’s, they are better and do their jobs correctly.
Edit: Absolutely loving the owners response, review changes and after the explanation given I feel much better with my experience with our local Papa John’s 🙂

As you can see my pizza is really cold and bad condition to eat! It’s not the first time! I ordered it online and the estimated time was 24 to 34 min ish and I waited for an hour and a half and guess what got it like that! Btw They are sending another one and now it’s 2:33 am!!

Can’t go wrong with Papa Johns Pizza. I call and pick up in less than 20 minutes. Gotta have the garlic butter sauce to dip your pizza or bread sticks in. Delicious!
