First time ordering on doordash, ordered a “ juicy burger “ and received a plain hamburger, no cheese with just lettuce and tomatoes, definitely won’t be ordering off doordash again and won’t bother going in to order. Photo of the juicy burger on the website, photo of the burger i got ….. Edit to your comment it literally says right there that the cheese is OPTIONAL it doesn’t say required otherwise i would of put that this burger looks nothing like the picture of the juicy burger you are advertising right there

My husband and I We were returning home from South we was craving for a good burgers i decided to Google it best burgers in fresno something out of the same crap i came across this little place instantly check the reviews great reviews overall we stopped and one thing I’m gonna tell you don’t judge things for what you see!!
You would be surprised by the way is true best burgers in town food are fresh from the grill fries are hot and soft place is pretty quiet excellent costumer service i really recommend it we definitely coming back!!

I would say it was ok. We ate in the restaurant and I ordered an extra food item, to go. Pastrami sandwich: it was burnt, hard and chewy meat. Not like pastrami should be. Had 2 bites after we left and threw it away. My burger, in restaurant, was ok quality. Fries, jalapeño poppers and mushrooms were ok but nothing to write home about. Bathrooms were terrible, not very clean and the atmosphere of the whole building, is terrible. Very run down. We had better hope for a hole in the wall restaurant that had high reviews but were disappointed. After a 6 backpacking trip, we were hoping for a delicious meal and this had the highest reviews, in the area. We used to go Sequoia Brewing Company for a Yeti burger, but were sad to find out they shutdown.

I was waving a root beer float, but not from fosters saw this place pop-up and the menu had floats when they ordered so to read the reviews saw the recent reviews were pretty bad. I got my food anyway and can confirm recent reviews are accurate maybe before they had good reviews, but I guess something happened and changedburger was thin and dry not juicy at all.

Coming back from Sequoia National Park, was dying for a decent burger and not just from the usual suspects.
Searched Google and found this place with a 4.7 rating from 100+ reviews. Got me curious. Don’t let the storefront fool you, this place had amazing burgers. Nice and piping hot, everything about the burger was delicious. We ordered double bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and a shake. Quite a surprise on first bite!
Bacon was thick and had a lot of flavor. Beef was mostly well done but tasty, that charbroiled flavor kicking in was a delight. Fries were top notch, a nice fluffy inside with a lightly seasoned crisp outside, as a great krinkle cut fry should be. Shake was great too as a nice end.
Price is not bad for what you get, and if you can navigate the tricky parking lot, it’s a great place for a awesome burger. Stop by here if you’re heading to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Park next time!

Honestly. I had to come back and edit my original review. I left the four star rating. Now it’s just a one-star. The service is cool. But the food isn’t. I thought I was impressed with the burgers because hunger took over. But this last time I went there to get the same burger. I noticed that the lettuce was chewy and the meat was hard. I most likely will not be going back
