I would give one star, but they let a dog in and I got to pet him. That was the highlight of this filthy, dirty, gross place. We should have left as soon as we saw tables that were dirty, floors not even close to clean with gunk all over them and no one to seat us.
It should not be selling food at all. It was terrible and they can’t even get the grammar on the menu done right. This is a place to get plastered and then get in your car. That is all it is good for.
They have a pool table which keeps having the balls stick and no one knows how to fix it–just too bad, play with less balls but keep paying.
The bar is cute, but not clean. The prices for the junk they serve is too high.
We had different burgers. Our buns were ever so stale, the salad was only okay. The fries were cold. Actually all of our food was cold.
The server was okay, but busy playing with guests.
Their ice tea is good.
I will never be back, ever. The dog is what kept me there.

Amazing food and service–staff consistently go above and beyond. The atmosphere is laid-back and cool, with dim lighting and neon accents that give it a unique vibe. There’s always something going on: karaoke nights, live music, and tons of sports games playing on massive TVs with shockingly loud and clear speakers.
The food is reasonably priced, especially during happy hour. My personal personal favorite is the sweet chili wings–tender, perfectly juicy and packed with sweet, aromatic flavor. It exceeded all my expectations from the first visit.
Since the new ownership took over, l’ve become a regular. The owner is incredibly welcoming, knows everyone by name, and always greets me like an old friend. Shout out to Obay, Issac, and Emily for the hospitality!!!

I absolutely recommend Coco’s Bar and Grill!!! Went here for karaoke with a bigger group and had blast and a half. Obay, the owner, made sure everything was perfect for our night while we were there. The food I ordered was delicious, and our waitress Emily was super personable and attentive. The drinks the bartender Joel made were all well crafted and served quickly, I really enjoyed everything I had! The karaoke host Jason was had a great voice, and really brought the energy we were looking for! Everyone at Coco’s was a treat and so accommodating. Love it here!

We walked in for some drinks and got a seat at the bar. It was happy hour all day (Monday) and the Margaritas were great and very strong!
The bartender, Amanda, was fabulous! She really made our visit enjoyable and kept the drinks flowing; although our English accents were difficult to understand at times
The food was very nice and tasty! The BBQ burger was huge and the pattie cooked to perfection! My wife’s Quesadilla was also very well made!
All in, with the prices and service, this was a great stop for us in Venice Beach! Thank you!

Came from out of town for just one night with a bunch of my coworkers, wanted to do karaoke but it was a Monday so not much selection. with one phone call the owner Obay said hed bring in his KJ just for us! we definitely took up space but the service was very friendly and accommodating, the drinks were great, and i was even invited to sing a duet with KJ Jason! such a wonderful time with our last night in town, thank you cocos!

Good food and shows the UFC fights for free. Might have some technical difficulties from time to time but overall a good spot and major improvement on what used to be Islands. The new ownership is solid too who is constantly tweaking the place to make it better like renovating the place, adjusting the menu, adding billiards tables, etc.

Food was lousy. 7 chicken wings and a draft beer tax and tip $30. Wings were cold just above room temperature. celery was limp,old and same temperature as the wings. Seemed like my food was sitting out cooked and plated well before I ordered it. Watched a bartender drop a beer glass into a stainless steel tub of beer foam while he was pouring a draft, pick up the glass continue pouring and serve the beer. Pretty gross actually. I planned on having dinner there, but I had seen enough.
