UH-mazing! The best Brisket I’ve ever had. It’s thin sliced and so juicy and fatty that it absolutely dissolves in your mouth. The sandwich was incredible!! And the grilled cheese brisket sandwich will make you question every grilled cheese you’ve ever had. Ribs were good too, but the Brisket really stole the show.
Sides are also on point — the Mac & Cheese was amazing and the Cole Slaw was solid! Don’t forget dessert (the blueberry cobbler cheesecake was divine — there’s a reason there was only one slice left in the fridge!) We will DEFINITELY be back soon!
Seating is mostly outdoors (so plan accordingly), but perfect for a summer picnic!

The food was AMAZING. We had the brisket grilled cheese and I will definitely be going back for it again sometime. The staff was friendly, our food was ready quickly, and the picnic table area was very nice.

When I tell ya’ll this place is on another level! The BEST brisket I’ve had in… my… life! It’s mouth watering, juicy & packed with that “off the grill flava”! & Don’t get me started on their homemade BBQ sauce! It’s pretty phenomenal! But don’t take my word for it-just try it for yourself. Looks like a hole in the wall but trust me- you won’t be disappointed. Also want to add that the fried chicken is “on point!”-thought my grandmama was back there cooking it up. Lol Anyway you gotta check out this spot. Its a tiny little place but the food is delicious & the staff is super friendly.

I can’t believe I drove past this place for so many years without trying it. It is absolutely outstanding. The pit beef sandwich was better than any that Baltimore is famous for. Prices were reasonable, service was quick in the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend!!

WOW . . . I can’t believe we didn’t go there sooner! We drive by all the time, so today we decided to order some BBQ. It is AMAZING; bar none in our opinion. We got baby back ribs, beef brisket sandwich, onion rings and baked beans. The absolute best onion rings we’ve ever had. The ribs and beef brisket were both tender, juicy, and full of exception flavor. Just the right amount of smoke. The staff are all friendly and efficient. Customer service is excellent! We highly recommend the Smokehouse BBQ shack and we will be regulars from now on.

We tried this place on a whim and it surpassed all expectations. The staff was friendly, the restaurant clean, and the food was great. The hush puppies were top tier and their sandwiches were moist, tender and delicious. I highly recommend this spot.

I can highly recommend their pulled pork. I would also recommend that you take a pass on the onion rings. If you order the pulled pork pick up one of the self-service forks at the end of the counter you are likely to need one as their sandwiches are really loaded, so a lot of it is going to fall out into your to-go carton. Overall I will definitely be stopping in again in the near future for another pulled pork sandwich.
