My order was wrong, and I noticed I didn’t have cheese on my fries as I was walking out the door and the guy handed me a tiny cup of cheese whiz. I never ordered cheese fries before and I was stunned this was “cheese” fries. I asked for extra seasoning on my sandwich, and I paid for extra cheese and once I got home I realized my sandwich didn’t have cheese, and I the veggies were cold and the fries were hard. The meat was a small dallop of meat and it wasn’t seasoned!!!!!! I made several attempts to call the store and they didn’t answer. I always tip these people 5 or 10 bucks, because I practice tipping. However, I WILL NEVER return back to this store. This is the third time they have gotten my order wrong and they are getting stingy with the meat!!

You really can’t go wrong at Steak Escape. We love the ultimate sandwich and the fries. The service is usually quick and courteous. Prices are fair for the amount of food you receive. Clean interior too. They have recently introduced new “Healthy Bowls” but we have not tried them yet.

Food was surprisingly average. While we were waiting for the food, the staff started cleaning the dining area with strong cleaners. That interfered with the smell of food. And the cleaner smell was so strong, I had to leave immediately. But the biggest negative was the service. Our order was taken with patience… but then we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. And there was no one in line ahead of us. They were. just. that.slow. This was Sunday evening, not a rush hour. Not planning to try again.

Hope the next time I see their food truck I remember not to buy anything!! Both times I ordered a rajun Cajun sandwich and it was not good at all. First the bread is so huge, you can’t even get anything out of the bite but bread. Secondly, they thin slice the chicken and it’s so thinly sliced that it ceases to exist in the sandwich. Secondly, I placed another order for someone else. The difference between how the sandwiches and food was prepared compared to what I received was noticeably different. Thirdly, they hardly put any meat on their items. If I wanted to eat lettuce and tomatoes, I’d go to Kroger. I could make a better sandwich than these people and you know what I absolutely will instead of wasting money w them!!!! Eat at your own risk!!!!

Ordered over the phone… when I got there food was not ready. Had to wait and food was made wrong. Forgot all my toppings on both sandwiches. Sucky experience. Food is too high to not get what you are paying for….
