We’ve avoided this Wendy’s for quite awhile as service, quality, and order accuracy lacked each visit. Decided to give it another try after reading a positive review with a recent change in management. This time our order was 100% accurate, food was fresh/hot, and the service was fantastic. Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and the person at the window was super friendly. He had our order out to us quickly even though we had a large order. We’re so glad that this location has improved! We’ll definitely return.

Both employees that ran the drive through were SO kind. One actually ran out to the street sidewalk in the snow where I was waiting at a red light to give me my drink I forgot to grab from him! Very impressed with the service

Placed my order. Took a few moments to cook, but late night I expect that, also means it’s freshly made. It was as I ordered (no tomato) and tasted good.

We pulled up to the speaker and did not get greeted for a few minutes. Then we were told to wait. There was no one in front of us and no one behind us. When we finally were able to order our food after every item the guy says “is that all?” in an annoyed manner. When we got to the window, he gave us our drinks with no straws and told us to pull forward. Again, no one behind us. We then waited for 15-20 minutes and two other guys came to bring us our food. Then I asked for a receipt and the guy in the vest seemed like I was bothering him for asking for it. As I was finally driving away, I thought I heard him make a rude comment but couldn’t not understand. When we got home, all of the fries were cold and hardly edible. The sandwich I ordered had soggy shredded lettuce and a a single mushy tomato. The nuts for the apple salad were expired by over a month. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will not recommend this restaurant to any friends or family in the area. 0/10

It has taken me a while to write this review, because I am conflicted. I LOVE Wendy’s fast food. It’s relatively cheap for a good amount of food that tastes great. It’s my go to fast food place. However, I had a terrible experience at the Wendy’s in Fishers Indiana on 116th st. I had just finished going to two different doctors appointments and was feeling hungry so I decided that instead of trying something new and possibly expensive I’d go for a classic. So I ordered a classic Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken sandwich combo and a Strawberry shake. Then I started driving home. After driving about halfway home i decided that traffic was less hectic and could start eating my sandwich. I get a few bites into it when I realize that something is off. It tastes weird and my mouth felt funny. So I pull off to the side of the road in pendleton and look at my sandwich. Much to my disgust and horror there was a very large sized spot of mold on the bun. On closer inspection there were even smaller spots throughout the bun. So at this point I’m realizing that my mouth is very tingly and my throat is slightly swollen. So I then drive myself to the hospital. I am allergic to Penicillin and amoxicillin and so the mold was giving similar reactions. Thankfully it was a mild reaction. I then looked up the number and called the store and they said it wasn’t them it was the other store. I looked up the store again to make sure I had the right on (I did) and they then said yes they were the one on 116th st. Then I told them what happened. They of course said they checked the package that my bread was supposed to be from and said that none of the other bread was moldy. Now I don’t know what to do. I feel wronged. This should never have happened. I talked with a lawyer and they said because I didn’t have lost wages (because I was off that day) and because it wasn’t a severe enough reaction leaving me in the hospital for more than a few hours that they couldn’t do anything for me. But what happens if/when this Wendy’s sells bad food again? Does someone have to die for someone to get the store looked into? Please check your food before eating, I know I do now.

all the employees are usually really nice but that’s pretty much my only positive. Now I only use the drive through when I know I have a bunch of time, OR if there’s no one in line in front of me, because it takes forever!!! It seems they just handle one order at a time which is why it’s slow. Even then, my order is wrong a lot…maybe only 65% of the time it’s right. I also always seem to get old fries. I still end up at this location a lot just because it is very close to everything. So Even though it makes me frustrated lot I still go.

This review is for 116th and I69 location, in Fishers, IN. Service not that great. Actually it sucked. It would be nice if you get source cream and butter as asked and on receipt. WATCH OUT for prices. Menus price shows different price for Dave’s Single combo, but you pay for Triple combo , also on receipts.

You would think if Dave was still alive , he would be ashamed of the direction Wendy’s has taken. With that said ” fresh ” is the key word. I got a Dave’s double combo, hamburger looked like it has been sitting on the grill for awhile, bun was hard, fries Luke warm. Went to get it corrected, second time around, fries piping hot, hamburger fresh, the buns were better but still not as fresh. It’s like they are leaving the buns out in the open air. Instead of ” Where’s the Beef” how about ” Where’s the freshness” , where’s Dave at ? Picture is my first burger order

We went to wendy’s for some FAST food. It was not. took 15 minutes (we were the only people in line when we ordered and when we left no one else even drove up) to get a biggy bag. Lady taking order was rude and rushed us. Pretty simple order and they still forgot about some of our food. Disappointed and won’t be stopping at this wendy’s anymore

They all look young but in the day time the female manager kepts it under control and clean and fresh while nights lack that part even the night manager
