The food was a total DISAPPOINTMENT!! The chicken was so dry and the sub was so soggy ! The Teriyaki Chicken bowl was decent but they forgot to but the teriyaki sauce in my bag please don’t waste your money on this place they don’t take the time to make sure your food is prepared properly . The tall dark haired guy that works the front who takes your order is an over all rude guy he needs to learn how to properly address customers. Also when I ordered my food over the phone went and picked my food up when I got home my order was wrong . So I called back and the guy said he would make the correct sub . When I get there I also ask for some hot fries due to them not getting my order correct and the fact I had to come all the way back to the restaurant in order for them to make me what I ordered from the beginning. The Guy tells me at first since he was remaking what they messed up that’s all because he wasn’t going to charge me for it . I told him well you are not doing me a favor because if you would have gotten it correct the first time I would not had to came all the way back up here and why would he charge me extra anyway for what I ordered if again if they would have gotten it right the first time they wouldn’t have to remake it . I had to go back and forth with him about making my fries over until he agreed to do so . I told him I would never be back again and I am a familiar customer to him because I always order there . Also there was no apology when I called or came all the way back also there are so many other bad reviews about this place and hopefully others will see this and not spend their money with this place!

Ordered “Buffalo” wings. Got plain fried wings. Picture shows wings sauced. Don’t call em buffalo wings if they dont come sauced. Wings are dry and taste horrible. You can tell they were cooked in old frying oil. Fries are nasty, undercooked, and can taste the same old, burnt frying oil taste. Terrible. Will never eat here again.

The absolute worst food and service I have ever seen!! ! The cashier named Bahim informed me that he is the manager he didn’t agree that the food was drenched so much so that it fell a part smh he doesn’t need to be the face of customer service RUDE DIRTY AND AGGRESSIVE ! The whole wings I ordered, tasted like they were cooked in oil, that hadn’t been changed in months. The wings were extremely large. So large, it is difficult to believe they were chicken wings. I’m not a fan.

The young man that waited on me was not friendly at all. The food was fresh and hot. I got the catfish platter. The food is pricey. 2pc catfish w/ fries and a soda for $14.74. The biggest turnoff, however, was the guy taking my order. He just handed me my food when it was ready and literally said nothing. If not for me saying “thank you” then it would have been a speechless transaction. I know I won’t be back.
