2/2026 update… Continued improvement at the Clinton location. However I can’t get a an answer… Well a clear answer on there the tips go! That seems a little shady
I placed my order on line and paid for it. I live 15+ miles out of town. I arrived and the store was empty. My pizza was not on the pick up rack on the left which was also empty. A girl from the back came out and asked if she could help me..i told her I placed an order on line. She looked over and said oh sorry I didn’t know I had orders out here to make… she made my pizza and I left… In pouring down rain I realized she didn’t give me the garlic butter. I returned and went back in to get it. It was pretty early in evening 4 ish and they didn’t look that busy to be that unorganized. This was 1st time I’ve been unsatisfied and really hope it’s the last.
However!!!! This stuffed pizza was amazing! 1st time we ever ordered one! Great for our Monday night game!

I don’t normally leave reviews. But I showed up 3 minutes after close and got great service even from a crew that wanted to go home. Not only did I get good service but a gentlemen after me showed up 15 minutes after close and the lady whose name I did not get unfortunately. Took his order and wanted to ensure the business was making as much money as possible for the owners and the community. She needs to be recognized and reward hard, trust worthy help with an owners best interest in mind is very very hard to find!

So I’m new to the idea of picking up a pizza, paying as much as I would for a hot fresh delivered pizza, and them having to cook it myself. But in saying that, it is a great idea when you have a coupon. The coupon makes the whole experience worth it. The menu is good and has a lot of variety and the staff are friendly. From my experience the pizzas need a little extra tlc when they get home. Either adding extra toppings or cheese or fixing them to look more appetizing. Overall, Papa Murphy’s pizza is good but not my favorite when it comes to delicious pizza.

Actually it’s a pleasant surprise that this company is still maintaining such a high quality reputation while most fast food restaurants are dropping in quality and quantity. Keep it up guys!!

Alexa, Cat, and London are legit Rock Stars, they do an amazing job. They know my order by heart and always make sure any food allergies are addressed. The Clinton, MO store is excellent. I really enjoy hearing about Alexa and Cat’s Cross Country meets when I go in and they are always interested in how my football team is doing. Great atmosphere
