The drink they gave me (pineapple citrus energy drink) tasted ROTTEN! I don’t think they clean the filters out‼️ It doesn’t taste like that at any other Wendy’s! I almost threw up the first sip!!

Their credit card machine was not working. I had cash so no worries. My meal was $7.09. I gave the guy $20.10. He gave me $6 and some change. I told him he owes me $13.01….
He couldn’t do the math. I guess nevermind there’s a register that can give you the amount that is supposed to be returned to the customer.
But that explained why it took 10 mins for the guy in front of me to get his food.
My potato wedges were cold. The egg in my breakfast sandwich was crunchy. Couldn’t figure out why. My coke was flat. Threw it all out.
Here’s the thing, this is not the first time I’ve paid in cash and they haven’t been able to give me my change. Pay with credit card.

they’ve been having a three dollar bacon Nader Juniorcheeseburger deal again this month. Last month I got quite a few of them for this location and they were always hot and juicy. The last two times I went up there I guess it was my mistake to go in the late afternoon when they didn’t have any customers, Anyway the burger sucked both times. Cheese wasn’t melted on the Bacon Nader juniors And the buns were kind of hard. I kind of sucked it up because I bought them for half price on sale, But it’ll be a long time before I go back again.

Cold, old fries. The soda machine was super messed up. My daughter’s nuggets tasted like old fishy oil. The burgers were tolerable at best. Restaurant and restrooms were filthy. I was shocked by how unpleasant it all was. So were the 5 kids I had with me. I used to love Wendy’s.

Was the worse service ever I ask for big bag, JR bacon cheeseburger only cheese and bacon. The manager really rude say ok I heard that and I say ok sprite for the drink, and he said size I told the size. When I go to the window to pay I end up paying almost $13.00 bcuz they only charge me for the cheesecake jr by the way and the drink, so I have to do another order for the nugget and fries they supposed to come with the offer on the big bag. Really rude the manager and the employee said they can have the other other until I pay I never refused to paid I told them why they don’t make as a big bag totally scam $13.00 for a JR CHEESEBURGER FRIES, nugget and drink. Stopped inside. Both bathrooms were out of service. After waiting for 10 minutes no one bothered to take our order. We and the guy in front of us eventually gave up and left.

I am a frequent flyer here, and unfortunately, the food is always good. The service leaves something more to be desired. Almost every other visit, I go inside anyway because they forgot something or something was not made correctly. Honestly, this issue didn’t start until the last few months. Maybe they have some new people in the drive-thru, I don’t know. If they can get this issue under control, it’s a great place to eat. Even with the problem, the employees are usually amiable; I’ve only had a complaint about the way I was spoken to once. Overall, it’s a great little spot to get a quick bite. Thanks for the excellent food and the friendly atmosphere!

Ordered the new oreo fusion frosty. It looked nothing like the picture. It looked watery and it looked like it was made without the lid in place so the fill level was less. I got a refund when their error wasn’t acknowledged.
