I was standing in line and heard the man working telling the female coworker that since there is a discount on the online order to put less meat and cheese on the sandwich. When it was my turn I was using a coupon and the man argued with me back and forth about what items to get and I feel like he didn’t put what was supposed to come on my sandwich on it. The employee asked a question and then he was extremely rude to her. Seems like a hostile work environment, I feel bad for the girl working. Should be illegal the way this place is operating, false advertising, lies about meat qualities and quantities. Do not recommend

I ordered a sub which I earned at no cost by ordering 4 subs previously. I did this through the app and asked in the details section the sub artist not prepare until I arrived as I wanted to pick my toppings once I arrived. Once I did arrive the “artist” was very rude and told me he would only make the sub the way it came through from the app. He also said I was not “allowed” to stand at the counter while he made it. I thought he was joking, but he was not. I explained I was broke so I was using this to split a sub with my daughter. He said it’s just a free sub and therefore deserves no considerations. We were both hungry and decided to go with what he decided to make. I was at your Massachusetts Ave location in New Port Richey and have never been treated so badly at any restaurant. As a former employee of subway in the 90’s I developed a love for your subs but may have to just adapt a new love for Jersey Mikes.

I did A mobile order for a meatball sub. It was supposed to be meatball with American cheese and Parm cheese toasted. It did not come toasted. There was no cheese on it. Like I’m looking at my receipt and I can see where it says American cheese and Parmesan cheese and yet I’m looking at my grinder and it didn’t have it on there. Do you guys not read the tickets when they come in. I’m in the food industry kitchen manager. I mean, do you guys have a digital screen? You also printed out my receipt so you should’ve checked the food before you sent it.i will not be going to that subway on Massachusetts Ave in New Port Richey ever

Ordered a italian footlong on white bread. Time was around 1pm. Friendly submaker and cashier. The poor score I am leaving is for subway. Not necessarily this store. They make their italian subs with pepperoni and salami as the meat. Any italian sub I’ve eaten in the past anywhere typically also adds the meat, ham or Capicola to it.

Visited this location 9/9/2024. About 12:09 pm. I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong. I asked to have only my meat and cheese heated and not my bread because I don’t like toasted. Anyway looked at the lettuce it looked brown and molded and some was stuck on the side of the container like it was (what appeared to be) frostbite because there was some ice on it. And yes I said this to the woman working. Opted for no lettuce or spinach because I was grossed out. Still continued to get my sandwich anyway. Get home 3 minutes later. The bread is hard on the bottom I could knock on it! Peel off some of the hard area to proceed to take a bite.. the chicken is cold.. like refrigerator cold. I spit it out and took it as a loss. I will never visit this location again. This is food poisoning waiting to happen.
