Went here on Tuesday July 30th 2024 with my dad at the drive through. We wanted some nice refreshing drinks for dinner with coffees. Went to the drive through, and decided on a medium Frosted Smores, and my dad ordered the mocha coffee medium. order was ready within a reasonable time frame, and employees were very nice. did get a person who was hard to understand, but that happens sometimes. Paid via the dunkin app, which probably links to the credit card, and adds points if one is a member. Got our drinks, sipped it, and i very much enjoyed my frosted smores drink, and my dad liked his mocha. Maybe we will be back soon to get some more!

This place used to be great. The workers were attentive, understanding and seemed like they cared. Now they mess up every order I place, they NEVER stir up the coffees I have to remind them each time. Very disappointed

I was there in the morning with a friend for a business meeting
We ordered a hot Medium coffee and we asked them if we can pls get a medium size coffee in a bigger cop (so it has some extra room to put in our own milk)
But the Was ignoring us
When we get our coffee We ask them if we can please Two big cups So he grabbed two plastic cops, But we ask them for Regular hot caps, and then he replied with an irritude. This is a favor You don’t pay for it
#1 customer is always right (even you had a bad day)
#2 if you feel you feel we have to pay for it then charge us
And BTW the coffee was cold

Drive through is great. I order breakfast; large green ice tea w/o sugar and an egg and turkey sausage. So good and gets my day going. Also, I alternate with the avocado toast. The people are friendly with a smile and great manners. This is the best morning spot for a quick bite.

Disgraceful manager at this store. Been wanting to write this a long time but I didnt know the managers name. But apparently the.manager farooq thinks customers are a waist of his time. This location is always busy and understaffed and everytime I ask to speak the manager he walks away while Im in midsentence and runs to his office. Today after waiting 40 minutes for service i stopped the manager to ask if my order would take any longer and he literally said I dont have time to talk to people like you. It was insulting and I felt it was a discriminatory when he said people like you. Ill never come to this store again. You just lost a life long customer.

I love to eat Pumpkin Donuts during the Autumn in My World Travels. This is the only thing I eat at Dunkin Donuts during the Autumn. Thank God these Pumpkin Donuts are only Available during a small portion of the year!!

The first two times I went, they didn’t have munchkins! And it was still the morning, around 11am. How do you run a donut shop and not prepare enough donut holes for your customers?! Their excuse was that they don’t make them at that location, they just order. Still, you should order more than enough to anticipate the needs of your customers. This last time I went, I tried ordering a latte. It was not sweet enough, so I had to add syrup when I got home. I’ve ordered that specialty latte at other locations many times and it came out just fine. If you don’t want to be disappointed, go to another location for coffee and donuts.
