So happy we decided to eat at this establishment. Tuesday night was $2 tenderloin sliders. $2.50 capt n coke. Anyother cocktail was on pull tabs. I got lucky my first round $1.00 drink. Fun atmosphere. Husband ordered the sausage something or other sandwich w Broccoli. He absolutely loved it.

My brother took me in to have a Bloody Mary. He had move to Sioux City Iowa many years ago every time he comes home for the holidays he always stops. He had to tell me all about the history and the black white painting behind the bar and I got to admit it was a great Bloody Mary. And the service was amazing we ended up having two apiece since he was driving he only had a half shot in each one.

This is a great bar. The hotel looks pretty great as well. I wish I had stayed here instead of the generic motel down the street.
Drinks were excellent and the bartender was fantastic. She knew everyone who came in, she was chatty when you felt like talking and left you alone when you didn’t.

Really great and fun atmosphere. A nice place to relax. First time in the area and hotel guest; I came here for a drink after a long drive. Shelby behind the bar was very welcoming, professional, prompt, and friendly. She made me feel like I was at home. She gave me several locations of interest to see while I was in town and went above and beyond.
The drinks are great! I recommend the Maker’s Whisky Sour and the Bloody Mary.
They have a wide selection on their menu. I had what I would call a roast beef Manhattan and it was very good although it’s called something else on their menu.
Really good beer selection as well. Also, every booth had USB charging stations and also all around the bar. First time I’ve seen this, but it’s brilliant!

Very interesting atmosphere in this downtown Ottumwa bar. Tom Tom is referencing its native theme, with replica artifacts on display. There is a large glowing art piece that has historical significance as a centerpiece. Ask the bartender for details. A fun place to have a drink!

They have everything you could want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner-type options (I don’t know how late they serve). Excellent food and service. I would like more small two-top, four-top tables in the area so they could serve more people and have them available to pull together for larger groups. I do miss The Pink Pig Diner.

Happy hour on a Tuesday! Tenderloins and bloody marys!!!!! I brought my out of town guest here to experience the heart of downtown ottumwa. I love coming in cause I always find someone I know. The food is great, and when the ticket comes in, I’m always amazed at how inexpensive my evening was.

Last Sunday, I and two buddies stopped in for a few drinks and something to eat. One of my friends saw that their breakfast was served all day, so we ordered breakfast. I ordered a Fiesta Skillet , along with one of my friends. The other friend ordered Hotei Hash and said that it was really good and had no complaints. The Fiesta Skillets were a disappointment. Instead of using freshly grated cheese, they used a pale yellow cheese sauce……YUK! The eggs and hashbrowns were pretty good, but that cheese sauce was horrible. I picked up a piece of toast to eat with my eggs, but when I picked it up, I noticed a long hair was on my toast. I showed the toast to the young lady at the counter who took our orders AND the MANAGER that was on duty, and neither one of them acted like that was a big deal, or even offered an apology to me. I am done with the Tom Tom Tap after this experience of total disrespect and lack of concern towards the people who are there supporting them. 3 customers that are fed up and will NEVER go back.in there again!
