Service was great. Quick and easy. The cashier was nice. I’ve ordered multiple times with no issues. Today I ordered two pizzas, wings and lava cakes. Everything was great. My only issue is the wings. They tasted fine but this what my honey BBQ wings looked like…. They drizzled the sauce on instead of properly coating them. I saw another review where it was properly done… it was a disappointing but like I said it tasted fine it was just missing the sauce.

They get it right sometimes but you never know when. It’s been at least 5 times they either screwed my order up or it takes 45 + minutes for a carryout order. I worked at Papa John’s for years and 45 + minutes for a carryout is just not cool. Avoid this dominoes if you can. Not many options in new Kent.

This is the worst dominoes I have ever dealt with! They serve the pizza with no sauce, cut any kind of way, and they skimp on meat! Not to mention Whitney and Jen are extremely rude. They told us we had to wait because they made the wrong pizza after the tracker told us our order was ready. Told us we could get the pizza they made wrong since we had to wait. We waited for 20 minutes went back in and they said our order was wrong again and that the first one wasn’t ours! After waiting the extra time we were told we couldn’t get the extra pizza which was fine but why did we still have to wait and why be rude about it!

In no world should a “fast food” style pizza place take over an hour to get food. The last 2 times I ordered from here it took over an hour to get a medium pizza and wings. Don’t go by the app estimated wait time because it’s double or triple that. Food is always fine but the last couple months have been miserably slow.

2/21/2025 I placed an order online for Dominos 9.99 pizza special. Order went through no issue, said my pizza would be ready in 25-30 minutes. 5 minutes maybe less I received a phone call from an employee named Jason, stating that some of the toppings I ordered were unavailable due to 1. Because of the special, customers were ordering extra toppings causing them to run out and 2. Because of the chicken issue, the delivery truck was cancelled to bring in their food supply. So he proceeded to tell me that it would be the same price even without the toppings I ordered. Which, not everyone out here ordering food is looking for something for free, however if your business cannot provide a customer with the items they are looking for, it’s common courtesy to see if there is something you can do or offer to satisfy the customer to keep their business with you. So while talking with Jason due to my family being undecided on what we wanted to do, I said I may check with Papa John’s to see if maybe I can get what I wanted there, and he hung the phone up in my face. No I’m sorry for the inconvenience no anything. So I let it be. Talked it over with my wife and called back to the Dominos to see if I could go ahead and proceed with the placed order and some other kid answered the phone and I asked to speak with Jason regarding the order, I was placed on hold and the phone hung up. So I called back And Jason picked up and I explained that we would like to keep the order and what would I need to do resubmit the order online or could they go ahead and make it. Jason said well we already cancelled the order and if I was to resubmit it, it would take 2 hours for my pizza to be ready. So I hung up in his face. This is why chain restaurants are suffering because of customer service and issues with providing quality products to customers. I will not be returning to this particular Domino’s. Papa John’s or Chanellos from now on.

Picked up this pizza from Dominos and this pizza looks disgusting. I never received an apology from the manager (Wendy) about the way I received my pizza. No resolution that would have been convenient for me was given to me. No offers for it to be delivered free of charge for the remake of my pizza. I am very disappointed. I would not even feed this to my dog! It was burnt and looked like it had been sitting there in the store. Not fresh! Go to Prima Pizza in Quinton better option and quality anyways!

We’ve now tried this location three times. Once for delivery (took 2.5 hours to get pizza because they were delayed), and twice we’ve picked up. This time the pick up was only slightly delayed (20 minutes). The problem with this trip is that the manager was over the top rude. My husband went up to the counter when our order was displayed as “ready” on the board. The young lady mentioned that they were behind, but said that she would check to see how much more time it would be. The manager rudely yelled across the kitchen that she was backed up 30 minutes in orders and got nasty with the customer right before us. We were then told that we could check our order but that any errors would take over and hour to correct. We got home and found that one of the pizzas was way over sauced and was all torn up on the left side… this will be our last trip to Domino’s in Quinton.

For the past month and a half, this store location has not been sufficiently staffed. It has taken anywhere from an hour to a hour and a half for pickups. Poor customer service. Done with Domino’s Pizza.
