The macaroni and cheese is not good. It’s overcooked pasta. Looks nothing like the picture. It’s got some processed cheese sauce that’s just horrible. It’s not even an Alfredo sauce. I had to throw it away. There were no breadcrumbs. No butter. No real cheese. No cheese pull. No natural flavor or texture. Seriously, mac- n- cheese is arguably the easiest pasta meal to make. It’s pretty hard to screw up… And yet, you managed to do just that. Take it off the menu. It’s really shockingly bad.

Went shopping today July 26th I went with my daughter and son to the food court to grab pizza never my life i tell you this $6-$7 for a slice a pizza and a combo doesn’t make a difference when it’s cost almost a whole pizza $16 really sbarro, the customer service was horrible some black dude that make pizza kept staring at me felt weird and the person that served me was very rude pizza almost burnt thankfully my childrens didn’t mind but cmon do better then forgets to get my drinks I have to remind the person for it he have one eye low with another up like he high or drunk. Great service. Both young gentlemen who assisted me were extremely helpful and friendly. I always ask for my slice to be extra hot! It came out piping hot and dripping with cheese! Crust was crispy and so tasty and the cheese was so yummy and gooey! Perfect! One of the best slices ever!!! Such an extra large slice it’s like having 2slices!
In the past I’ve had their cheese bread which is absolutely delicious!
The food court at the Tanger Palm Beach Outlets is always spotless and inviting! They have sports on the two TV’s and music in the background. It bright and airy! They are always disinfecting the tables in between customers.

Workers are rude. We asked for a fresh slice from a new pie that they just bought out and the employee literally rolled his eyes when I asked. Sbarros you gotta do better with customer service when your charging $7.99 PER SLICE!!!!

The young black guy not sure if he’s Hispanic the one serving food has a black collar shirt bad customer service no welcoming atmosphere I he was like that was the other customer as well but when he got to me just as bad so I didn’t order for a family of five I left and went to Mexican fresh if you dint like your job if someone else another opportunity, I was able to sit there and complain about how he’s having a bad day. If the manager likes his job sadly he is not doing very well hiring people that at least have a little bit of customer service, not uniforms, dirty shirts, horrible customer service, cross contamination, using phones and manipulating food at the same time. Train your people, teach them how the food industry works, if you have those prices you better have a good service.
