Overall it’s good pizza and competitive with pricing. Specifically, I love the care they take with not cross contaminating the gluten free products. I have a kid with Celiac disease and, after multiple gluten free orders, they have not been exposed to the allergen.

The new owners have made much needed improvements. I stopped going to this location a little over a year ago because the service was poor, the store seemed ‘messy’, they were closing 5 to 10 min before their sign close time, and any time I tried to place an order ahead it was lost (online or phone, it didn’t matter).
I decided to try again recently because this is a convenient location and I like the pizza. I have learned there are new owners and they have made wonderful improvements. The staff are friendly and smile now, the store is clean, and even when I came in 15 min before close they served me with a smile. I haven’t tried ordering ahead yet, buy I feel will be good too.

The staff at Papa Murphy’s has been incredibly friendly and really quickeach time we go. I usually order in person. We love the chicken with garlic sauce pizza. We live over an hour from the nearest Papa Murphy’s, so we make a point of stopping at Papa Murphy’s each chance we get to town.

The best and tastiest Murphys pizza in quite a long time (excellent). The new owner has made fantastic changes. Facility was very clean, a vibrant upbeat atmosphere with 5 smiling team members helping guests. Keep up the great work!!

We ordered online rather than in the store to minimize the wait time. While I expected to wait a little since it was dinner time (5:15 pm), I didn’t expect to wait nearly 40 minutes. 4 people came to the store and placed their orders and all received their pizzas before me. Two people placed phone orders and also got them before me. The store was clearly short staffed, but there should be a better system for filling orders as they are placed. I recommend phone or in-store ordering over online.
