The service was good. This was Singo night! Game was fun however I won final round and the lady over the game told me I had won a prize she would bring it to me and then walked directly over to her buddies and began eating never to acknowledge me again… I truly do not care about the prize its the principal… anyway… atmosphere rating suffered due to the pure rudeness of the deal… food was not the best. Server was really nice …

This was absolute rubbish! We ordered a $25 medium rare 14oz rib eye meal only to have a disgusting, cold, congealed, mostly inedible piece of tough meat put in front of us. When we told the staff they said “that’s how rib eye is”. Yeah…ok. Sure. I’m 51 and never had a “rib eye” like this. No offer to replace it. About 6 ounces were completely inedible. We will never be back. First picture shows all the meat that couldn’t be eaten. Second shows the “medium rare” steak.
They have no business selling food.
**EDIT** The waitress offered to take the steak we had and cook it longer not to cook us another. This only violates every known health code.

I have never experienced terrible service like I did tonight. My husband and I went to eat dinner here because unfortunately nothing else stays open in this town besides a bar. We were there for two hours and we did not receive one refill.
After an hour we asked if our food was started and they said yes so we told them we would have to take it to go because we had to get our children. We don’t go out often without them but it was my husband’s birthday so we just went to eat by ourselves.
Well, we waited another hour. They did not put some of our order in the bag. We tell them and the response was, “Well, we didn’t charge you”. At that point we shouldn’t have had to pay for anything in my opinion. We were ignored the entire two hours because they couldn’t do their job and it seemed like they blamed us. Shame on them.
Let me add the fact that the place wasn’t even half full of people. I’ll NEVER go back. We need better restaurants in this town because this is ridiculous. It’s a Friday night and this was our option because other places close by 7 p.m.

Went on a Tuesday. Very good atmosphere. We used to go when it was under another name. Had a dance floor back then. They did have music. I’m older now and can’t stand LOUD. It was just right. Food and prices good. The only thing I’d ding them on is no UT flag. I’ll donate one if they will put it up. I did see volunteer avenue

Came there Friday night and waited over an hour for my salad. Meanwhile, everyone else at my table received drinks and their food. Waitress wouldn’t come over to my table, sent another girl to me. How hard is it to make a salad without 2 items? Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

More bar than grill. Upon entering you have to maneuver past the pool tables and pool shooters, then past the bar to tables setup for dine in. We were there on a Friday so it was about an hour from the time we ordered to the entree being delivered. The musician was entertaining during the meal so conversations, especially near the stage was difficult. The star of the meals was the burger. Handmade patty and 1/2 pound. The catfish was well prepared. Remember it’s a bar so it’s loud, busy, and slow.

We ate here for the first time. The bartender made great drinks, the server was great, kind, personable and attentive. The food was hot and fresh, we both loved our meals. We had cheese sticks, the kickin burger (he 2x the meat and it would have been massive even without doing that)the philly cheese steak sandwich and both had a side of yummy fries. We will definitely be coming here again.
