I added another star to the review, because the franchisee operator reached out, addressed the situation kindly, and took care of me. I love it when businesses acknowledge and own their issues, then work to correct them…especially when those businesses serve delicious Italian subs!

Yummy sandwiches, but think twice before ordering through the app. My order was supposed to be ready within 15 minutes. I got there on time and had to wait an extra 13 minutes before it was ready. Meanwhile, folks were walking in, getting their sandwiches built, and walking out. Just be prepared to wait if you’re hungry. They were sorry about my wait, which I suppose is good.

I have celiac disease. Finding places to eat out can be challenging. The staff at this Jersey Mike’s location are amazing! They ho the extra mile to ensure my meal is prepared using all the proper safety measures. They clean all the surfaces, change gloves, clean new utensils, etc. They offer a gluten free bread that actually taste good. They also have several chip selections that are gluten free AND Udis Snickerdoodle cookies that are gluten free. It’s nice to know I can eat there safely and actually have a tasty meal out. Thanks to the amazing staff and the manager Jadon for always being nice and accommodating to create a safe dining experience. We will be back again soon!

I love Jersey Mikes and this was my first time visiting this location, but unfortunately half of my take out order was incorrect. I ordered 6 subs for my family and when I got home we discovered that 3 of them had no toppings or condiments. It seems as though someone packed them before the subs were completed (only meat and cheese were added). Disappointing first experience.

Food is great. Sandwiches are really well made, and the place is clean. I prefer to do Doordash with them, though, because the employees can’t seem to look like they want to be there.
“What do you want on this?” just feels weird and rude. I’d me happy to tip normally, but not to someone who won’t even smile. It’s just dumb.

Sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine. With 5 workers I would have expected a to go order to be ready in 15 minutes, at 20 minutes they had still not started. And listening to workers complain about their shifts and issues loudly certainly distracts from the atmosphere. Used to love this place but a lack of concern and professionalism from staff will keep me from coming back.

Surprisingly good. It was our first time, in a charity event day. I got the turkey with provolone (which I wish I knew it was served cold) and my husband got the Mike’s famous Philly. Both were plentifull and delicious. Loved the rosemary bread. We will go back.

Just had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Jayden went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he cares about the customer experience. Shoutout to Jayden for making a good sub even better with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The team at this store was phanomial. As I stepped up I was greeted and asked how could she help me. She was making orders for pick up. I was seamlessly slid into the sea of sandwiches. As I went down the line each employee was ready to wait on me with a smile. They communicated with each other to keep the sandwiches move smoothly. I received and paid for my order. I was dining alone so I watch them working. They moved to accomplish tasks not bothered with who’s job it was. They did so sometimes with communication and others without. When I left they were in a completely different line order but with the same flow. They made it look easy (customer service is not). Thank you. It is refreshing go to a restaurant where the job is the customer.
