I ordered 4 simple subs in the app, and then found out in the drive thru that they’re out of bread. I was told to come back in 20 minutes for my order; Inconvenient, but not a big deal. When I went inside to pick up my food, the staff was chaotic and disorganized trying to keep up with orders. A woman ahead of me wanted her bag stapled and the 2 employees who were making sandwiches were searching all around for the stapler in the same gloves they were making sandwiches with. One of them found the stapler, tried to staple the bag and it was broken…I watched a staple fall from the stapler into an open dish of peppers. Then the employee put the lid on the dish and tried to give it to a customer. I saw it happen and stopped the employee from giving it, and told him to at I saw a staple fall into the dish he was about to hand a customer. On top of this, they got 2 out of 4 of our sandwich orders wrong- one was to accommodate an allergy. Will not go back for uncleanliness, poor quality, and poor service.

This was a good experience. I love the way they lay out the inside of their restaurants. Their signage is always funny. The place was clean and well maintained. The service was a tad slow, but the sub was good.

I work a couple stores down from here and asked if they could deliver me a sandwich but all I had was cash. Very helpful service and they delivered my food, even bringing a cup full of change in case I neded to make change.

I did an online order on the app two sandwiches nothing crazy few mins later got a confirmation that our order was done so went to go get it turns out it was not done or even made and they couldnt make it because they didnt have bread and sandwiche shop out of bread but anyways they then made the smaller sandwiches for one sub turns out they made they both completely wrong and didnt even offer a refund or discount or anything or even a sorry we messed uo nothing just stared at us like we’re crazy for being upset for our messed up food.

I come to this specific Jimmy John’s pretty regularly because it’s close to my work and they do a great job! The staff are friendly, and my order (I usually order online and come in to pick it up) is always completed very quickly. I always customize my sandwiches, adding and subtracting things and it’s extremely extremely rare that they make a mistake on my order. And even on that rare occasion it was a small mistake that wasn’t a big deal, I could still eat my sandwich. Most of the time, they are absolutely spot on and my sandwiches are amazing. They deserve 5 stars in my book!

JJ as a company has changed too much stuff. The menu is convoluted and busy. The portion sizes are smaller (waaay smaller), they changed their oil and vinegar recipe (it contains cornstarch and jiggles now). Staff was nice.

This is always a solid choice when looking for a quick bite. Their selection is pretty good and their prep time is amazing. I have never waited more than a couple minutes to get my food. The quality is better than a subway and it always tastes better.
