I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order placed on [12/01/25]
My order ([1262235966])the order did not arrive until over an hour later than the original estimated time. This excessive delay is unacceptable and resulted in a very frustrating experience.
Furthermore, when the order finally did arrive, the quality of the food was extremely poor. The pizza was barely warm and did not taste fresh. To be frank, the flavor and texture were so disappointing that it tasted comparable to low-quality, pre-made gas station pizza, which is far below the standard I expect from Papa John’s.
The combination of an unacceptably long delay and the poor food quality ruined my meal that I was highly looking forward to since I hadn’t ate all day.
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation for your reference. I look forward to your quick response and resolution.

I ordered a pizza for game day grudge match Pittsburgh and Browns. I arrived on time picked it up then drove the .9 miles home. I tried a piece & It was cold. I took it back asked for a refund because it was cold. Girl said no so I pushed pizza onto counter and told her to throw it away then. As I was getting in my truck she opened a window and shouted “Don’t Come Back” I do not recommend this place if you want tasty warm/hot food or friendly fair customer service.

So gross when u bite into a slice of pizza and realise the thickest longest string on hair, ever ew. Then i realized that absolutely no one had their hair up . All the food people had ponytails snd just long hair no hair nets or even hair put up. So gross, i went to pizza hut for wings instead cuz i dont think ill be eating a pizza anytime soon, yet i walk into pizza hut and i see even the dishwasher had a hair net on . Honestly i had to leave them a good review. Haiiir is gross guys fo better

Rude managers and not helpful. Answered the phone with an attitude and when I asked if their crust was dairy free to make sure, she said “umm I don’t think so.” How about like actually checking the recipe to see maybe? And then didn’t even say bye, just hung up.

I did not get the correct size pizza that I ordered and when I mentioned it, they told me my pieces were just made bigger than normal. The pizza was cold. It tasted old and there wasn’t much crust to it because I think the pizza had been sitting for a while. When I went in there to ask them about the size of the pizza, they were gathered around having a conversation and was just quick to get me out of there instead of correcting the problem.

We moved here a few months ago and tried a couple local pizza shops. After our typical place made us wait over 2 hours for a delivery promised within 45 minutes and not so much as an apology, we knew we needed to find something else. The first time we tried Papa Johns, they delivered faster than promised and the food was delicious! Since then, we have ordered multiple times. Every single order has arrived early and perfectly made! We love having a place we can consistently rely on for great food and service. Definitely our go to when we want pizza! Thanks, Papa John’s!
