Reviews
Pros: Our food came out pretty fast, it was fresh and hot and our FF were crunchy. One major plus they carry Coke products (including Coke Zero). The young lady who took our order was nice and the restaurant was clean. Also while you are dinning in they have two TV’s playing the show Bob’s Burgers.
Cons: We both ordered burgers (#1 sm). We were a little disappointed that when asked if we wanted Cajun seasoning on our FF, we were not told it would be additional .50 for a slight shake of flavor that didn’t even taste Cajun. Also one would think when you ask for everything on your burger that would include lettuce, tom, onion, pickles, mayo, mustard and maybe ketchup. Nope you get you get mustard, mayo and ketchup. After we paid and she reviewed what came on it, we questioned it and was able to get jalapenos, unsure if we would have had to pay extra for them,so be alert.
Suggestions: The patty’s are a thin burger, so if you are a big eater I suggest maybe getting the double. That being said we were full with a single.
We will go again and feel that other than the .50 for the shake of seasoning that we got a good value for our money and food was good.
So go and check them out. Also I know noone at this restaurant and these are strictly my opinions.
As a burger connoisseur and non local expert… CJs is still the best in town and likely the region. Bob’s could be a good 3rd or 4th place behind CJs. There’s no 2nd place because CJs is so perfectly amazing that they are truly light years beyond any competition. I hope Bob’s makes it! Room for improvement, but they can get there!
I’m not mentioning Fetlner’s Whatta-Burger for obvious reasons. I’ve been coming to this part of AR for 15+ years. I’ve tried FsWB thrice. It’s glorified concession stand food every time. I don’t get you people and this place.
Bob’s, you can do it!
The burger was great. I got the double and the patties are nice and thick. It was perfectly cooked (no pink) and very tasty. Enjoyed everything about it. I’d rate it no worse than a 9 of 10. Maybe the best burger in town.
The fries weren’t bad, just not to my liking, but it’s just a personal taste thing. They were nice and thick with good potato taste.
If you like burgers give Bob’s a try.
