Was very disappointed when I got home looking forward to my BOWL of soup and it looks more like a cup. Please note that when someone comes for a bowl, please fill up the bowl especially for paying almost $30 for just soup and salad.

I’ve been to at least 10 different Paneras throughout California, and they have always been just ok. But this location in particular was the absolute best Panera I have ever had. The bread was fresh and fluffy even at 7:30pm. The food had far better flavor, everything was prepared correctly, and it looked good and not just thrown together. My expectations for a Panera have forever changed. Bread bowl was crisp but the inside was fluffy. Each bite of the turkey bravo you could taste every ingredient individually, not just one mashup of the same taste. I hope it’s always as good as it was here.

I grabbed some food 20 minutes before closing. I ordered the broccoli cheddar bread bowl, chipotle chicken avocado sandwich & the apple pie almond thumbprint cookie. My food was good. I’ve also tried their breakfast sandwiches and they were good too.

they charged me 40 dollars for half a sandwich and a small cup of soup. i asked for a whole and this is the second time in a row they have either not giving me the sandwich or have messed up. i will never go this location again

Picked up a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup and I was given a bowl of colored water and 2 small pieces of broccoli. Called the Manager who advised when he returned from lunch he saw the soup was watery and threw it away and refunded the cost. All good but are the employees so stupid that they didn’t notice the soup was of poor quality? I don’t know how much they get paid per hour but they are a clueless bunch. I’m glad I didn’t leave a tip! I will never go back to Panera in Riverbank. Hold people or businesses accountable maybe they’ll get better employees to control quality!

Showed up just before 8pm and they were closed due to not being properly staffed. It’s been an issu at this location since they opened. Also, if you come in within 2 hours of closing it is highly likely that you will get a watered down soup. Very unfortunate, given their steep prices on soups and sandwiches.

Such amazing flavor, I had a hard time putting my sandwich down! I had the tuna salad sandwich with arugula and spicy mustard added. Wow! It was delicious, soft bread but didnt fall apart, excellent proportions, and tasted very fresh. The soul also had a fresh flavor with well cooked vegetables. The service was speedy, professional, and friendly. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend
