Best service in town! They have been feeding my boys for years. They say hi as you come in and will make sure your order is satisfactory. My husband was exhausted one night and forgot to add marinara sauce and they caught the change and asked if him if he wanted marinara too. That level of service is rare and so amazing!

I ordered the new Chicken Parmesan Meatball sub, picked it up, staff were efficient and friendly, I liked the selection of fountain drinks. The sub was good, it’s a really big sub but the large is the perfect size if you wanna split with someone or have half now half later. It’s nice that there’s three ways you can donate to The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. Plus the subs come with a pickle! That’s my favorite part.

I ordered a salad; which I usually do and they are usually very delicious. I like the salads here because everything in the salad is chopped. All I have to do is apply dressing and eat.
This time the salad was hunks of green and all the veggies were what is used for sandwiches including the cheeses; justice slabs of stuff. I did not enjoy this salad at all; very disappointed.

Last couple of times we have ordered subs from them, they have failed. We have ordered the brisket with just bbq sauce, and the have put on mayo. We order it as no mayo, and the don’t put mayo or bbq sauce.

The staff was very helpful and the food was great ! We don’t have a Firehouse Sub near us. I have cancer drive 45 minutes to get chemo and when we get through we go get a Firehouse Sub management is great and the food is great too. Got one more chemo left and will continue to drive 45 minutes to get me a Firehouse Sub that’s how good they are !

Took 15 min to make 2 small subs and there wasn’t but 2 people in here eating they had 5 employees that just talk more than they work if you go to Jersey Mike’s, it only takes them five minutes to make a sub after you order it

Great subs! Soup, macaroni and cheese, and salads are delicious too, and deserts are great, especially brownie. Atmosphere is above average for fast food place, we prefer to bring home. They forgot an item in my order more than once. However, they made good when I addressed the mistake.

First time I tried this place tonight. Very good experience. The food was so good. Fresh and tasty really so much better than any other sub place I’ve tried. And the fact that they have a fantastic gluten free roll made my day. I am looking forward to trying other subs down the road.
