I love Tropical Smoothie!!!! I used to always get the Thai Chicken wrap but once I tried the Hummus veggie wrap I was HOOKED! You can even add chicken! I love the pickled onions on it, it really adds some delicious flavor!!! My favorite smoothie is the Sunrise Sunset but every one I’ve tried has been delicious!!!! They also have a SUPER convenient drive thru window and you can call your order ahead of time and just drive up to pay/pickup! Perfect if you have a vehicle full of kids or are in a hurry!!!!!

I got the peanut butter crunch flatbread, as pictured below. I also got the breakfast quesadilla. The peanut butter crunch flatbread was burnt to a crisp on one side and the banana was whole, and to top it off the honey was all on the outside and made a huge mess. Like some kind of breakfast hotdog. The quesadilla was good but gave me food poisoning that night. When I reached out using their complaint system they blew me off

I ordered a smoothie and waited outside the window for 10 minutes and a young man was as sitting on his phone ignoring us. I pulled around to let him know that there button was broken and he said that he just unplugged it and that it’s not his fault in a very rude tone. Then continued to point and talk about me to his co workers. Tropical has always had a great environment but this was the worst costumer service I have had from them.

This places sucks at customer service. Will lie to customers over the phone. Not announce when orders are ready. And look at you weird for asking if your order is at the counter. If you’re a dasher just stay away from this place.

Good food but expect to wait when they’re busy. Ordered off their app tonight and waited 20 minutes at their drive thru. Got home and received the wrong chips, ordered no onions but it had then, and added carrots but it didn’t have them. Pretty disappointing for as expensive as they are.
