this is absolutely the worst mcdonald’s, everyone is rude and impatient. you can show up when no one else is there and still be waiting 10+ minutes for your food. they will have cars lined up at the side of the building, waiting for god knows how long for their foo. and then you wait all that time at 10 times out of 10, they get it wrong. it’s extremely evident the employees do not care enough to properly read a food ticket and make sure the order is correct.

Do not go to this McDonald’s!!! do not spend your money here;!!do not waste your energy the team is childish and rude to their customers they behave inappropriately. they will do everything they can to mess things up just to get back at you only because you just won’t move from one window to the next. I am a paying customer if I don’t want to move to wait for you to hold off on giving me the stuff that I’ve already paid for tell me what law says I have to move!! and I can see it’s clearly 2 minutes from being done why would I but instead of just giving me my food they probably held up three other customers so that one person could walk away and walk to the other window to hand me two items that were already done that I was right there for do not go to this McDonald’s do not spend your money!!!

I have no issue with the guy who is doing the cashier stuff, very polite gentleman. My issue is with whoever made the food. The fries taste like copper, which is not a good thing, and the cheeseburger is disgusting (yes I ate some of it, because I’m desperate and hungry, but boy is it bad!). I now remember why I don’t go to McDonald’s ever. I was hoping that maybe things had improved, but it doesn’t seem like it in the food area of it.

It’s hit or miss with this McD’s. But they have stepped up their game in the last 6 months or so. Clean, customer service at drive through are very polite and knowledgeable. Food is better. Did they get new management?

Got moldy food today 6/13/2024 early morning. Manager hid in office and offered a refund for only the moldy stuff. Sent her employee to give me the refund. Maybe it’s best she stayed in the back. No apologies nothing . This location will get you sick if you don’t pay attention.

Food is good and service is good at this location. I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times for drive thru and dining in. All times the service was good, and for the most part you get your food quick. Around lunch time the drive thru can get pretty packed, but they keep the customers flowing through fast. It can get a little tight going around to the drive thru entrance lane while others are trying to exit after pickup in up at the window…be careful.

10:30 am June 13th Fort Smallwood gave me two OLD MOLDY EGG MCMUFFINS!!! my child ate damn near half of it!!!! It’s clearly GREEN. If anything happens to my daughter if she gets sick or anything They will have a huge problem on their hands. Check your food crack it open ain’t no way the manager hid in the back when I came back. That was a smart move on her part.

Your lobby says it closes at 10pm and every night for the past week at about 8-8:30 the doors are being locked for the rest of the night and they make everyone sit in the drive thru line it’s is ridiculous the drive thru line wraps around the building and they let you sit at the order board only doing one order at a time that takes forever

Do not use the 2nd lane. They do not respond. I had to go to the pay window where my order was taken, and I paid. I went to the 2nd window and was told the Orange Juice machine was out. I asked for water instead and was given an attitude. I will never patronize this location.

Ordered food…young lady rushed us though w/out receipt which they know is a MUST…Just so happens, our order was completely wrong. We even were short of a sandwich which was a meal deal and 2 different size drinks for the same meal ordered. The manager did kindly help however this has happened to other family members as well. Definitely need better customer service!!!!!!
