Always check your order. Have had nothing but mistakes or not getting ordered food at least 7/10 times. They added meat to their one of their vegetarian options I ordered. Loved they opened one at the location but terrible checks on orders. Seems managers or owners don’t care either has it’s happens very often.

Ordered from this location and had it delivered as i was in the middle of cleaning my house and by the time my food got there is was cold and i dont live that far from taco bell and then 5 hrs later i threw it all up as well as every 2 hrs after until the next morning and dihareea All might and following day.. i have come to the conclusion it was the tacos i had ordered because everything else eatin that day was the same as other people had eaten and i was the only one to get sick. I do think it was the lettuce maybe bevause it looked like they packed the tacos full of lettuce when they normally dont put that much lettuce like they were just trying to use up that of a bag. I also ordered sauce for the tacos and got none which at the time was more disappointing.because i love taco bell hot sauce

Really bad when I ask for BEEF and the workers give me GRILLED CHICKEN!! If you’re out of beef, then SAY THAT!! Don’t just assume something. What if I was allergic to the seasoning used for the chicken?? Next time, I will have to check my order before even leaving the drive through. ESPECIALLY, if it’s too hard to read a kitchen display system!

I got a $7 box and when I asked for no tomatoes I ended up getting tomatoes still and when I called to talk to the manager I got really bad attitude and when I called corporate about it they were gonna have Taco Bell call me again and they did this morning and I still got attitude from the manager on the phone, I guess the managers don’t like their job. It’s bad enough the manager is the one who was making the food yesterday. They are gonna end up losing customers.

I ordered a “Box #13” (Cantina chicken quesadilla & crunchy taco) and a Caramel Apple Empanada in the drive-thru. I didn’t want a drink, but a “medium water” that I didn’t receive was still on the order. Therefore, the price of the box was still the same. The quesadilla was very thin and lacking chicken. It was also cut into rectangles. Which isn’t a big deal, but the quesadilla itself seemed like it was rushed and handled without care. The cashier was somewhat friendly, but definitely did not want to be there. She gave me my meal and was very quick to close the window before offering any sauces, so I had to ask for some quickly. The empanada was the only good part of that whole experience.

I ordered on the app to pick up. Literally the food was ready in like 5mns, wasnt expecting that since its the 2nd day its opened and the lines for the drive thru are so long, figured they would be super busy, but got my food very fast when i ordered pick up in store! Food was good if you dont want to wait in drive thru i definitely recommend you ordering through the app.
Its close to the freeway, in front of walmart and next to dutch bros. The app gives you a free taco by the way!

Food actually was fine. Problem was they couldn’t get our order right. Our $7 boxes were missing the tacos. And I asked for no sour cream or tomatoes and got that on all of my stuff. Left feeling pretty hungry
