Surprisingly good. I’m very hesitant to eat at any restaurant attached to a gas station, but the food was on point. My only complaint is the water was terrible. Our server was friendly and the prices weren’t bad.
I had the fajitas because that’s my go to and my way of comparing Mexican restaurants. I’d say this one is actually up there with some of the better ones. The portion size was good too – I’m a big guy and I had left overs.

First time there as an Erwin native, and I definitely will go back! The food was great, and a lot of it, portions were huge. Prices were very reasonable. Service needs a little tweaking, but all in all a wonderful time. Did I mention the food was wonderful…

I had never had my cheese dip served boiling before in a stone bowl. That was great and it was amazing. The portions are huge and very filling. We had leftovers. It was also nice to go to a place where I could understand the server and knew they understood me.

Best tasting Mexican food I have ever had. I got the beef and bean nachos which have cheese with a slight spice, I also got enchiladas supreme, here are pictures for both dishes and yes those are big plates.

Neat little Mexican place adjacent to a Shell gas station and next to the Mountain Inn & Suites. Great service, swift with a personal touch. Terrific fajitas with complimentary chips and salsa (pictured). $12.99 for what you see here Just a good vibe. Off Exit 40 on I-26.

Wow! Super yummy, fresh food! We ordered camarones Hawaiianos, Pollo Santa Fe, Carne asada tacos … and all of it was perfect!

Pancho’s and Amigo’s are in our main rotation now. We found it after another restaurant was closed on a Sunday and we took a chance, and boy did it pay off. We’ve been multiple times since and will keep going. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

Everything was delicious and in big portions. Staff were very friendly and kept drinks refilled good. Bathrooms share with convenience store and are clean and handicap accessible.

Out of all the Mexican restaurants in Erwin…this one was the best one!
My opinion is based on the Freshness/ taste of the Food, Cleanliness of the building, and our Customer Service Experience.
Food tasted great, it was accurate. The Owner is on top of things. He noticed we didn’t have our limes in our bag and caught us before we got too far away. I would definitely recommend Pancho’s and Amigo’s if you want to enjoy some Mexican Food.
