While The Piper was rather busy, accommodation was made for our large group, from Fort Wayne, that was in town for a Showchoir event at the local high school.
Matt, the owner, was kind enough to share the nostalgic story regarding the name of this neighborhood establishment. The Piper is a fine eatery and watering hole that gives a fresh new spin to the location that used to house The Sandpiper.
The food and drink choices were sufficient, and the preparation, delivery, and taste were even more satisfying.
My wife and I were very pleased with the atmosphere and even told Matt that if we lived in the area, we would definitely be regular patrons.
Highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a local option, you should make the choice to stop into The Piper.

This was a surprise visit. My wife took me here on a whim on a Saturday night to watch football. We got the tenderloin sandwich and the smash burger with fries. They were both delicious. I will be back because the wings and the nachos looked great. We sat in the bar area and the service from the bartenders was spot on.

Great little place. The menu is small, but the food was great! Don’t get the nachos unless you have at least 4 people, or you are starving with the munchies from Hell. The smash burger was exactly what you want in a burger and the tenderloin is super thick and juicy.

Was looking for a place kinda off grid to avoid all the crazy Christmas shoppers and traffic and ended up at the Piper! Had a wonderful first time visit! They have a friendly, fun knowledgeable and entertaining staff and we met a few friendly patrons while visiting. The nachos are top notch! I highly recommend! Really looking forward to coming back soon and trying some other items on the menu! 5 ✨’s!

Went for a gal’s night out at a new place. ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Huge foodie here and everything was fantastic!!! Drinks were great and all at a fabulous price! In picture shows the pretzels, nachos, and dry rub wings. Nothing frozen! All you could tell was freshly made! I am one that doesn’t go for dry rubs because they are aka dry and bland. These were absolutely the best wings I have had ever! The owner came to check everything was good and was such a treasure! Please try this place! My new fav spot!!!

The wings are the signature dish and have multiple sauces, all of which are house made fresh. we had the bourbon apricot sauce which was incredible. For dishes, my son had the pulled pork quesadilla, which was huge and stuffed with a ton of Pulled pork. My wife and I both had the Shanghai sticky ribs, which were delicious and fell off the bones right away. The coleslaw was a great side dish. I would highly recommend this place for dinner. It’s a nice environment and great service. The chef, Greg, was awesome, and the whole staff was friendly.

Cannot express the amazing service we had. Jacquelin was wonderful and didn’t hover but made sure we always had what we needed. THE FOOD….best bar food ever. Wings were top notch. Order them dry rub with different sauces on the side from the secret menu. The nachos, amazing, the pork was fantastic. Normally my nachos never have enough cheese, they did not cheap you out on cheese. Coming back asap.

We went for the first time on a Thursday around 2pm. This place reminded me of Cheers. Very friendly servers. Very clean and GREAT music . We each had the Tenderloin and split a basket of O rings. I’d give the Tenderloin 4.4 ⭐ and the O rings 4.5⭐. We definitely had leftovers. I made a salad with the side fixings that came with the Tenderloin!
