I stopped by to grab a bite on the way home and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and fresh which added to the meal. The lemon pepper wings were a little salty, but overall they were delicious. And the order for fries is huge. The staff on hand did a great job and they were very friendly and all I had to do was ask. I would definitely recommend this location as well as the rest of the franchisees.

Our food was good, the order was accurate, but the service left plenty of room for improvement. I interacted with two team members, both of whom seemed dissatisfied with their current circumstances. Asking for additional dipping sauces seemed a point of annoyance for both. Not having my card in my hand (as I had paid when I originally placed the order) also seemed to frustrate. I don’t know what happened before I came in, but it seemed very unpleasant for the employees.

Placed an order this morning on SuperBowl Sunday for wings for the party.
Showed up when they were supposed to be ready. Staff greeted me when I walked in, immediately helped me get my order, and the food was hot like it just came out.
Flawless experience with this spot on what I imagine is one of the busier days of the year.

Got my order of plain classic wings and 8 checked them. They looked under cooked. The manager comes out to let me know that there is something wrong with my order. She then throws it back in the fryer telling me they were not cooked all the way. Okkk. Then I get my other order with flavors and it looked descent. I get home to find out they all have freezer burn and could not eat them. I had to throw away 40$ worth of crap. It was my first time there and my last. I did call and spoke to the manager and she played it off like they had check it before they cooked it. I don’t think so.

No stars. Rude employees and very ignorant. I places an order online and in my confirmation email it says for any changes or to cancel your online order call the restaurant. So I did, two employees gor on the phone and told me there was no way to cancel online orders. Which is completely false the employees here just prefer to be lazy and steal from people.

Starters, we were greeted as we entered the door and every guest behind us as all of those who came in following. The place is small and only seats 4 tables. The fries were over cooked and burnt. The wings and flavor was on point. The staff was very friendly but it did take some time to get us our order and we were first in before the lunch rush. Nothing really negative except the long wait time and the burned, over cooked fries.

I ordered a chicken sandwich from Wingstop, but when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of chicken patties. Instead, they gave me chicken tenders—without even the decency of putting it on a bun! No apology or heads-up about the substitution, and the whole experience felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.
The two female managers need to be fired. They don’t know how to handle the logistics with a business that has constant tempo.

Very provocative trap music so loud you can’t talk. Drugs and paraphernalia in bathroom. Ordered a large amount of wings dry rubbed. They came out in a bright orange sauce. Sent them back and within minutes had “new wings” washed refried dry rubbed and still bright orange. Parent came in with children and left without ordering.

STRAIGHT TRASH!! Waited over 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches combos (which is fine because it should mean hot and fresh) and a large corn. Fries were freaking cold off top and corn was burnt. Oh you say no way burnt corn….check the picture. What a freaking shame. ZERO STANDARDS

Them so called nuggets are crumbs and for them prices are not cool at all..I wanted to give it no star but the delivery drive is a beautiful and priceless person she has done well over 700 hundred delivery since 2017 daryal I wanted to thank you for everything and keep up the great work .. i gave the serve 3 stars but they forgot my 10 piece bone in and my 20 piece boneless … just be careful when ordering your chicken crumbs because they are not nuggets
