Have never tried this style of cuisine ever .On a cold rainy evening in Ranch Cucamonga found this place and decided to try and eat at this Restaurant .It’s a no frills small casual eatery serving just hotpot soups . One vegetarian and one beef broth .
The way it works is you go and pick up a pot and than load all the fixings into the empty pot . Meats , all types of Seafood , Chicken sausages satays and veggies of all kinds .You are than asked what base of soup you wanted and spice level .You have a whole table of other fixings hot sauces , sesame oils pastes and cilantro etc .
It was an amazing experience and the soup was very satisfying .
Would recommend this Restaurant to anyone who likes Asian foods.

Had lunch with my shifu, So much delicious food to choose from! Suprised they had bamboo shoots reminded me when i ate street food in Guilin Yangshuo china. We both ended up grabbing a lot but we ate all! all in all recommend expereince so fun like self hot pot so easy and deicious!

Great Mala restaurant at a great location. They opened in December last year and seem to be doing really well! Price is $12.99/lb with a lot options for veggies and meat. We got the classic beef stew mild and medium spice which were really not too spicy. If you really enjoy sezchuan flavor, I would get spicy or greater. Would definitely come again and would recommend to anyone who is craving Mala. I do wish they had udon noodles though.

On one of our date nights we almost went to one of the places next to this, but last minute decided to try this place out. They were so welcoming, helpful, and nice. The food was DELICIOUS, 10/10. We had an amazing great experience at this restaurant. The food were fresh, especially the various vegetables and meats. The broth was flavorful, and there were lots of options to choose from depending on what you like. They also have fried skewer and sausage.

Very clean and tidy spicy restaurant, every flavor is delicious Friends who don’t like spicy food can try the tomato soup, the sour and sweet taste makes the taste buds open. The rich aroma of bone soup has various spicy levels to choose from. The fried skewers let me taste the authentic hometown flavor. Love this restaurant so much.

Our first time to try this restaurant and I think it’s great if you loved spicy flavor. We enjoyed the skewers very much, and the idea of you selecting the vegetables and meat choices is awesome. I wish they have several choices on the broth, they only have the beef bone and the tomato based. Overall the place is nice and clean. Plan to try the other broth -the sweet tomato base .

I ate malatang a few times when visiting China, and this spot just filled that malatang/malaban shaped hole in my heart.
The soup base is soo good too! I feel like usually you go to Hotpot/hotpot adjacent joints and youre encouraged to sauce up your meat and veg. But here, we basically inhaled the whole bowl without touching the sauce once.
Anyways. 10/10, the servers were really nice as well!
